Chapter 18

~A few months later!~

Sylvia's POV-

It's been awhile since the whole Sebastian scare but nun of us have been in any danger lately. New record I guess.

Jason is turning 1 today and everyone is out shopping for gifts and decorations or calling people and cooking food. So Isabelle was forced to go get gifts with Maia, Alec, Magnus, and Luke.

Today is really turning out good. Besides the fact Jason and i have to go see Sebastian for one hour. So after the party and having everyone leave, me and Jason are taking the portal to Sebastian's hide out. Sebastian and I both agreed that every other year Jason and I will celebrate his birthday for one hour at Sebastian's place then come back. I made sure he wouldn't do anything by having him swear on Lilith.

*****Time Skip******

Everyone that is a family member or a friend is here.

Magnus insisted he dress Jason up for the party. I haven't seen both of them since Magnus took my child to 'glitter' up. To be honest I'm scared to see what Magnus did to my child.

I feel something tugging on my leg and I look down to see Jason in a black glittery coat that goes down to his knees, some universe style pants, a grey and bright shirt, fancy shoes, and his hair spiked up with glitter. My son looked like a mini Magnus all bright and glittery.

I look up at Magnus and say "Your doing his bath after the party. But I'm choosing his sleep clothes. I don't what to be blinded by my own son's clothes in the morning." Everyone started to laugh and Magnus agreed to it.

We all sang happy birthday to Jason and he blew out his candles and tore a piece off the cake and started to eat it. And dang was he messy.

After having him take his bath and being clean again and in his sleep clothes we all open his presents. And they were:

Alec gave him a teething toy and a baby version of the book of demons.

Magnus gave him 5 new outfits and a teddy bear.

Jocelyn and Luke gave him a toy to teach him how to walk.

Isabelle and Simon gave him lots of stuffed animals and a music box.

Maia gave him a necklace with a wolf pedant on it.

William, David, and Hayden gave him a toy cars and they also gave him a new stroller.

Jace got him a plastic blade, dagger, anything we use to fight but they were made of rubber and safe for him to use.

Clary gave him some art supplies that are safe for babies and new clothes.

So after the party everyone went to get cleaned up and go to bed. I pretended to do the same and until I knew it was safe to leave me and Jason went to Sebastian's.

We were both greeted by demons in human form and Jason started to cry when they looked at him.

"We're here to see Sebastian." I say annoyed.

They lead me and my son to I guess the living room of this place. And guess who is sitting on the couch waiting for us. Yup Sebastian himself.

"Welcome my sweet sister and my son." He goes to reach for me and I back up.

"We're here to celebrate Jason. So the sooner the better." I was already pissed off.

I put Jason down and gave him some toys to play with. He grabbed the wooden solider Jace had got him a few months back and threw it at Sebastian's head. I laughed so hard I thought I peed.

"That's my son." I say as I give Jason a high five.

Sebastian went to go get Jason's presents so I just say there feeding Jason his night time bottle.

"No sleep just yet my son!" Sebastian said loudly that Jason's eyes popped open.

"Happy Birthday." He gave Jason a box and Jason spit out the bottle and crawled towards the box to open it.

He grabbed what was inside and crawled back towards me. He grabbed the bottle, put it back in his mouth and drank but he had a locket in his hand and reached it towards me as he began to fall asleep.

I grabbed the locket and opened it. Inside was a place full of people, demons, fire, and three crowns.

"What's this?" I ask Sebastian and not even taking my eyes off it.

"It's Edom. If he chooses to come with me he will be the prince of it. With me as king but we will still need a queen." He looks at me with lust.

"As if." I put the locket in the diaper bag and start to open the portal.

I grab sleeping Jason and the diaper bag getting ready to leave when I get pulled back.

"What?" I say annoyed once more.

"Your not leaving. See Lilith let me slide under our agreement. Your mine." He says as his eyes turn full black.

All I remember is Jason being pulled from me by Sebastian and me being pulled back and something going over my nose and mouth.

And all went black.
