Chapter 24

~A few days later~

Jason's POV-

Auntie Clary, Auntie Izzy, and me are planning to prank Uncle Alec, Uncle Simon, and Uncle Jace. The three of us already had a plan to prank them ever since they dyed our hair pink. So we decided to dye Uncle Jace's hair blue, Put glitter all over Uncle Simon, and have Church put scratches on Uncle Alec's clothes. In my opinion we're pretty evil when it comes to payback. Auntie Clary added Blue hair dye to Uncle Jace's Shampoo, Auntie Izzy had buckets of glitter on Uncle Simon's door, & I grabbed Chruch and held him towards Uncle Alec's clothes and had him scratch each item of clothing. We just had to wait.

Uncle Jace went to go take a shower and after we heard the shower go off we heard a girly scream come from Uncle Jace. "MY HAIR!! MY GOLDEN HAIR IT'S---ITS BLUE!! AHHHHH" The three of us laughed at him.

Next, Uncle Alec went to get an outfit for today and we heard him yell "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY DAMN CLOTHES!?!?" We all laughed harder than before.

Lastly, Uncle Simon walked into his room with his headphones on and we heard him scream like a little girl. We then laughed so hard we almost peed ourselves.

They all walked out their rooms mad. Uncle Jace with blue hair and eyebrows, Uncle Alec in a robe, and Uncle Simon glittering like a disco ball. Auntie Izzy took pictures and so did Auntie Clary.

"Payback is sweet isn't it?" I ask my aunties.

"You guys did this?!" They said in a raged voice.

"RUN!!" I yell and all three of us ran in different directions.

But all six of us stopped running when a voice yelled.

"What on Earth is going on?!"

I turned and saw my mom and my dad looking at us crazy.

"They did it!" My Uncles pointed to us

"They started it!" My Aunties and me pointed to them

Clary's POV-

After everyone apologized and got cleaned up, Izzy and I dragged Sylvia to her room and asked for every detail from hers and Williams little vacation.

"Will there be any little ones running about anytime soon?" Izzy asked Sylvia

"Izzy!" I yelled at her

"I don't think so but we kinda hope so." Sylvia mumbled

"EEEEE!!" Izzy freaked out

"Quiet! Now we need to get ready since we all are going out to dinner. We're going to a steak house so dress casual." Sylvia said as she started to walk out.

----Later that night---

Sylvia's POV-

We are eating dessert at the steak house and William stands up and walks towards me. I shoot everyone at the table a questioning look. William takes my hand and goes on one knee. He takes out a small box and opens it to reveal a ring.

"Sylvia, I have been through and hell and back for you. I've had to go through my brother, your brother, and everything else to get to you. I've raised your son as my own and loved every minute I've spent with you. The time you went missing was also the time my heart stopped beating. You and Jason mean the world to me. So will you Sylvia Lynn Morgenstren marry me?" He smiled at me.

I close the box and look at his now disappointed face.

"I will marry you." After saying that his face lightened up and he tried to open the box again but I kept it shut.

"You don't need a ring to show you love me. I already know. You've saved my ass plenty of times, You raised my son for me when I was missing, You stole my first kiss, and you've already showed me you love and care for me and my son." I smile at him with tears streaming down my face.

He takes the ring out and places it on my ring finger. "A wonderful and beautiful woman should wear a ring that matches herself." I smile at him and we both feel something wrap around our legs.

I look down and Jason is hugging our legs. So I pick him up and we have a family hug.

I didn't even notice everyone clapping and cheering.
