Sylvia's POV-
I sat there frozen as tears slowly start to fill my eyes. I couldn't hear anything but I just stared at everyone. I saw them one by one bow down and ending with Clary who is crying her eyes out and Jace holding her. The only thing that made me move was hearing Sebastian calling them new citizens of Edom. I jumped up and ran towards everyone picking them up and hugging them. I was furious at Sebastian.
"YOU SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT OF THIS SEBASTIAN! I'll make you a new deal. Me and you fight until one dies. If you die, me and everyone else leaves. If I die, you can have Lilith bring me back and they leave and I stay. Deal?" I say grabbing Jason and putting him with Clary.
"Sylvia no please! I can't lose you again." Clary and Jocelyn cried together.
"I'll fight with all my life and I won't have to go." I smile and start to get teary eyed.
I turn to look at Sebastian with a straight face. "What is it? Deal?" I say sticking my hand out.
"Deal." He shakes my hand and I got into a fighting stance while the demons held everyone back and made a circle so they won't run in or we run out.
I turn to look at Sebastian and I drop all my weapons and kick them to the side. He does the same and gets into a fighting stance with a smirk on his face.
We start to throw punches and kicks and anything we can do hurt one another. Sebastian gets me in a choke hold and faces me towards me family where everything goes slow. I see everyone crying, Jason reaching out towards me, my mom and Clary and William screaming. Then I heard a crack.
Then all went black.
It felt like minutes when I see light again. I open my eyes and see Asmodeus standing in front of me with a grin on his face. "She's back."
I turn and see Sebastian, Lilith, & Asmodeus in front of me.
"How long have I've been gone?" I ask with concern.
"A few months. It took awhile to summon Asmodeus back here." He looks at me like he is actually concerned.
"Welcome new and forever queen of Edom." Lilith says and looks at me.
