~Draco's POV~

God, my head hurts like hell. I was still sitting in that rather uncomfortable chair, but this time I could hear voices. Familiar voices at that. I try to open my eyes but the best I can manage is a slight flutter and a groan. I hear gasps and someone come up beside me. It sounds like they're... crying. In fact, I hear a couple different people crying. Suddenly, I feel a hand rest gently on my chest. The feeling sends a shock down that spine. Only one person in the world is able to do that to me.

Harry.

I try opening my eyes again to tell him I'm okay, to make sure that he's okay, but they remain glued shut. I give up after a while, but the effort has exhausted me. I slip out of consciousness once more.

The next time I awaken, I'm able to open my eyes. I prop myself up on my left arm and am immediately blinded by the while of the room. I squint and try to bring my right hand up to shield my face, but there's something holding it down. I look to my right to see a familiar figure with raven black hair asleep on the side of my bed, grasping tightly to my hand. My gaze softens at the sight and I give a small smile.

I shift to give the boy a kiss on the head. My movement causes Harry to stir. A second later, his eyes fly open and he looks around the room, glasses crooked. When his eyes settle on me, his expression softens and he gasps while throwing himself at me for a hug. I chuckle a bit and squeeze back.

"Hi." I say awkwardly. Harry pulls away and shakes his head.

"Hi?! That's all you have to say? I was so worried! I- I thought you were..." I catch the boys lips on mine before he can finish the sentence. The kiss is met with salty tears after a moment. I draw back and wipe them off Harry's face.

"Shhh. I'm alright." I reassure him softly as he sobs into my shoulder. I hold him like this, kissing him softly and saying soothing words until he stops crying. Eventually, he regains his composure and sits up. While wringing his hands, he gives a small and embarrassed smile.

"Er- sorry about that." He says while a blush rises high on his cheeks. I laugh softly and bring him closer for another kiss. The door slams open with a loud BANG.

"Harry! Is he awake ye- oh..." Pansy stops in her tracks when she sees me sitting up. The others, Blaise, Hermione, Neville and Ron (yes, I have finally accepted their names into my vocabulary), coming up behind her. I reluctantly pull away from Harry and meet her gaze.

"Hi Pans." I say softly. She rushes forward with a huge grin on her lips and closes me into a bone-crushing hug. I groan, but smile as I hug her back. When she pulls away, I see the others standing beside her beaming at me.

"How are you feeling Draco?" Hermione asks sweetly.

"I'm fine, just a bit sore." I admit. Hermione nods and a question pops into my mind. "So... what happened with that bastard Hufflepuff?" I ask. Considering I was knocked out most of the time, I have no clue what happened and it was bugging me. Pansy and Harry share a look and then they both smile.

"His name is Michael Pilkees. Harry dueled him for a while and then I knocked him out with a stunning charm." Pansy says proudly. "He's been expelled and is going to be put on trial by the Ministry." I nod taking this all in.

"Good. He deserves it. Did he hurt any of you?" I ask concerned.

"Nothing a couple wand waves couldn't fix." A new voice says as they approach us. I recognize it as Madam Pomfrey. She stands at the foot of the bed smiling calmly. "Mister Weasley had a bump to the head, Miss Parkinson a sprained wrist and Mister Potter a concussion from when he passed out!" I turn to glare at Harry. He never mentioned any of this. He averts my gaze and smiles sheepishly. I roll my eyes at him and turn back to Madam Pomfrey.
