1996
"WHO IS ALIANA?"
Severus Snape muttered these words. In his hand was a letter written by Albus Dumbledore, who had requested his presence.
It was a warm day in Mid August. The trees outside moved slightly in the small breeze and the Hogwart owls could be heard hooting in the distance. It would have been a peaceful day in the Castle if it wasn't for the dark aura that Snape brought with him to the halls.
Stopping in front of the gargoyles protecting the headmaster's office, Snape quickly said the password, rushing up the doors and pushing the door.
Sitting at his desk, the wise man with the long beard and gray eyes turned to Snape. Before he could speak, Snape slammed the letter on the desk, anger seeping through his skin. Dumbledore only stared as Snape inhaled sharply before speaking.
"Who the hell is Aliana?" Dumbledore looked up at Snape, shaking his head.
"That is no way to speak about your sister Severus." Snape walked away from the desk, not even bearing to comprehend this new information.
"I do not have a sister this is a false account. It must be someone playing a joke on us." Dumbledore stood up and walked to the man.
"On the contrary Severus, she sent in all of her identification. Parents name and all." Severus paced around the office. None of this was information he could believe. None of it made sense to him. "I would like to see this identification at once." Dumbledore quietly moved beside Snape, who only stared at the headmaster.
"You will have all your questions answered later today. She is set to arrive this afternoon. In fact" Dumbledore looked at the grandfather clock, reading the times as 1:21 pm "She is to arrive in 9 minutes."
Severus paced back to the letter he slammed on the desk earlier, reading it over and over again, In particular, reading over the word sister.
A few seconds later, a knock was heard at the office door. Both men straightened their postures, with Dumbledore answering the door. In front of him was Argus Filch, the Hogwarts caretaker, with his cat Mrs. Norris in his arms and a girl beside him.
Filch left, not saying a word as he left the girl in front of the headmaster.
The blonde girl stood tall, despite her small stature. She had both arms placed behind her back and a stern look on her face. Her dark clothes, which made her skin look pale, fit modestly around her body, and her small yet bright jewelry screamed elegance. The girl's blue eyes pierced through Dumbledore's gray eyes. After a bit she bowed down slightly, getting back up and not hesitating to resume eye contact.
"Hello. It's a pleasure to finally see you in person." The girl said in a steady voice.
"It's a pleasure to see you as well Ms. Snape. Please come in." The girl's shoes clicked on the floor, stopping when she caught sight of a different man in the room.
"I do hope my early arrival is not a bother. It seems like you were in an important discussion Mr. Dumbledore." Dumbledore shook his head, a small laugh escaping his lips.
"Not at all. We were actually discussing you. Right, Severus Snape." The tall dark man that kept his eyes of the girl nodded. The girl walked up the Snape, extending her hand to him.
