Arrival

Two hours after we left my home, I started to note the forest area. Wait,was my new school going to be smack in the middle of a forest??? That would actually be cool. I've never actually lived away from home for a long time, so this new experience could be slightly good for me. I was starting to think about all the benefits (no seeing mom and dad!) When the school itself appeared around the corner. It was a large Victorian building with grounds reaching in to the forest and an actual lake. The entire grounds was situated in a small ravine and the lake was formed from a miniature waterfall. The road descended into this paradise and I wondered what I had gotten my self into. Brittany grinned. "Your new school looks AMAZE, little bro",she commented on my awed face. " I know right? You've got to come and see me on days off, okay??", I replied. She gave me a non-committal shrug. "If I'm ever free. You know that doesn't happen much, don't you?" I rolled my eyes. Whatever. I looked around at the students arriving from inside the car. Then I noticed something strange. There were only girls everywhere! What happened? Where the heck were the guys? Brit noticed this too. "Say Zach, are you sure this is the school?"

"Yeahh, St. Jude's higher prep. And the location is the exact same as the one on google. The picture too matches.....Maybe guys have a different arrival date?"

"Let's go to the office. Maybe we can clear it up over there."

"Sure."
We go over to the front office, where this amazing looking blonde lady is seated. She looks up at us. Damn.
"Yeah, can I help you?"

"Mm, actually, we came about a student. Donahey. We're siblings."

Wait,what? What is Brit doing?

"Donahey, the new admission right? She should be arriving today. Her name is Brittany right?"

👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀. I am completely confused. They think Brit's gonna join here?

"Thank you!"

Brit plasters a fake smile and pulls me away.

"Brit, do they think you're gonna join here??"

"Who made the calls to send you here?" Was it mum or aunt Gwen?"

"Mum left it all to aunt Gwen...."

Brit rubbed her eyes and swore.

"Don't tell me she.... Zach, hun, come let's go home. I'll tell you all about it in the car."

"Brit, that's the thing. I can't go home."

"But Zach, you can't stay here...it's an all girls school!"

"What if there's a way I could?"

"You mean.....dress as a girl? Zach, are you crazy?"

"Brit, if I go home now, I'm screwed. With a capital S. I'd rather stay here for the time being. I could dress up or something....."

"Zach, how'd you..."

"All right, all visitors to leave now!"

Wow. Was that actually a megaphone in the secretary's hands?

"I'll do something. Brit, you need to leave."

"Wait, Zach, no...!"

The secretary started to walk people out. I put on my hood. Thank god for my skinny frame. I looked at the sheet the secretary had handed me. Dorm D-5, room 32. I started walking and then I realized, how was I gonna turn into a girl? Was it even worth it? Couldn't I just confess everything? I ran to the window. The cars had already left. Shit....what was I thinking?! Me, a girl? Yeah right. Like heck, I could crossdress. Maybe I could hide in the dorm or something. I ran to the dorm but there was already someone there.
