All these cuts,
All these bruises
Are my scars.
That won't fade.
They are a reminder of my battles.
The memories I can't erase.
And I sit here on this hill and stare at these Stars
Hoping they could take me with them,
To start a new phase.
I study all of them one by one.
Because these are the fallen Stars.
They are the people they've become.
Now they're so far.
Tears well up in my eyes, and I try to blink them away.
I shouldn't be grieving over my losses,
I am stronger than this.
"But sometimes it's good to let it out," a voice says in my head.
And so, I let the tears fall, let them fall with pain.
Oh Stars, oh Stars, always remain.
As I stare at the Stars, they seem to disappear-My scars will turn to Stars
