Forbidden Territory.

In a world run by gangs, there are three main ones.

Armistice
(an agreement made to stop fighting by the opposing sides; truce.)

Armistice was created by the strongest leader to exist; James Cohen.
It was originally created to spread peace and stop wars between the other gangs. James Cohen was the one to end all the wars between the gangs and to assign them their territories.
Armistice being the strongest gang, was the one which was followed by all the others.
It was clear that James Cohen was a man of peace.
Armistice had rules which were followed by their members. One of them being not killing anyone under any given circumstances unless there was no other choice left. 

But are those rules still followed when Irene Cohen has to take over the leadership after the tragic incident?

Recalcitrant
(Having an obstinately uncooperative attitude towards authority.)

Recalcitrant is led by Damon Wilkes, a gang which stands against everything peaceful. They want to take over and get rid of Armistice.

The question is, will Irene let that happen?

Malevolent
(Having a wish to do evil to others)

Malevolent is led by Harry Styles, a gang which has plans of their own. They don't oppose Armistice but they clearly don't stand with it either. Harry wants nothing to do with the clash between the other two. He just wants the safety of his people and his land.

Will he be able to save his people without being involved?
