Alone.
Lonely.
Just me and myself.

I have always hated being with others, and also being with my parents. I loved to be with me and myself.

I love spending time on myself because being with yourself is the best company you will ever have.

People refer to me as an idiot.

My parents ask me to go out and make new friends, and I won't be bored with them. But honestly, I love being alone.

One day, I was walking back home, after school, when I saw a music shop. I walked into the shop and right in the corner of the room was placed a breathtaking piano, which I haven't seen anywhere else.

When I laid my eyes on it for the first time, I felt something in my heart. It was so beautiful. I walked towards the piano. A lady came towards me and asked me if I wanted to try it. I nodded, with a little smile on my face.

I sat down on the vintage chair, and I press one paddle, and put my fingers on the piano keys, and press one. The tune produced was so beautiful, which made me press another one. The sounds produced were so calm.

I wanted to buy this piano, so I asked the lady about its price. My jaw dropped when I heard the price. It was so expensive.

My family belongs to the lower middle class, and I don't live with them, but in a very small dorm, which could hardly fit two people. I always used to earn money by myself doing part-time jobs, and at the moment I had only a small part-time job, paying average salary, which was 2 dollars per day.

I never had enough money to buy noodles and ride the bus on the same day. I had to do either one of them, so how could I buy such an expensive piano. It was more than ten thousand times my salary.

I really wanted to buy the piano, because I love to make music.

When I was in primary school, we had activity zones. I was really into music, so I applied for instrumental activities, and took piano as the learning instrument.

I didn't even know why I chose that, but it was like my heart wanted me to learn it, and I never knew that the piano would become the major turning point of my life.

Here, years later, am a famous pianist as well as a famous music producer. The piano that I wanted to buy so badly when I was young, was gifted to me on my birthday from the company.

I learned something on this journey since the day I started learning piano,

It is okay if you don't have anyone in your life, just trust yourself and follow your heart. You will be faced with many obstacles, but never turn back and keep following the path you were walking on. Sometimes a non-living thing makes you feel like you are alive again. I shared my experience with you, and remember to keep on moving.
