Chapter One:Stay With Me

I watched in shock as the black wolf that once stood before me quickly transformed into a naked man who was evenly muscle toned for his height and age, which I was guessing to be mine, and had messy black hair atop his head.It felt as if I was lost in a trance with his dark blue eyes staring into mine.I knew this wolf and grit my teeth once I realized I was on enemy lands.My expression changed from anger to shock as sparks ran up my arms as he pinned my back to a tree, holding my arms down by my side.I wanted him,knowing he was my mate,but I didn't like him,so if he tried something, I couldn't give him the benefit.

His hot breath collided with my neck as several kisses were placed there, going from my collarbone all the way to my cheek."You know what's happening, don't you?" He asked in a deep voice that could make any girl drop her panties."You're my mate," I said,the word "mate" coming out in unison by us.A smirk came across his lips as he gently pecked my lips with his.Damn his eyes! To cover a moan,I quickly sighed and looked down at my boots, biting my lips as I blushed, nearly making eye contact with his little friend."Come with me.After all,you're trespassing on my lands and you do need punishment."I rolled my eyes at him and kept looking into his,closing mine as he kissed my neck again.

I felt one of his hands become placed on my hip and the other one cup my cheek.I tried resisting, but it wasn't working out so well.Finally,I broke the kiss and panted for air,his hands still on me."Alpha Derek, you know we can't do this-"

"Derek.Just call me Derek."I nodded and began my sentence."Derek,we can't. I know I'm trespassing on your land and that I'm your mate, but my family is rivals with your pack."I heard a sigh escape his lips and our eyes met,hazel against blue."Then... stay here with me.Please Avery, I just got you.I can't lose you so suddenly. Please?" I shook my head,my wolf whining inside me at my decision." I don't want anyone getting hurt Derek."He nodded and released his grip."I'm sorry Avery."I gave a confused look and shrieked as his teeth sunk into my neck, making me somewhat officially his.The pain instantly turned into pleasure and I moaned aloud as he kissed the spot multiple times. All I knew before my vision faded was that he picked me up bridal style and ran, my body falling limp in his arms as I finally went into an unconscious state.

"She's waking up," I heard as my eyes slowly opened to see a blurry yet familiar face."Derek," I spoke softly and recieved help to sit up."Hey," he said and nuzzled my neck,a tender feeling in a certain spot that made a quiet moan escape my lips." Where am I?"

"At my pack house." Our meeting in tje woods suddenly came to mind as well as the thought of him marking me made me push him off."You marked me! You bastard!" His eyes flashed between black and blue, the black color gaining dominance."I only did it because your mine and I wanted you to stay here.With me."I gave hard breaths, trying to calm myself down."Derek! I'm only 18!I don't want a mate yet! Ugh!" I caught sight of the bathroom and ran to it, slamming the door in his face and locked it."Avery, open this damn door now!"

"Piss off! You kidnapped me! I told you no!"I heard a low growl from outside the door and finally heard scratching, opening the door in confusion. I looked down at Derek's wolf, who whined and gave me begging eyes that made me sigh.I watched as he shifted and embraced me, but I softly pushed him away."Don't push me, Olives." I growled at the old nickname he'd called me as kids.

As kids, Derek and I would always sneak past our pack's boundary lines and play with each other.Of course,we didn't know any better;Finally, when we were 10,our fathers fought and forbade us from seeing each other.Looks like Fate turned the tables."Don't call me Olives, Twinkle toes." He gave a growl that made me smirk."Olives" was my nickname for him because it sounds like "Aves,"which was my older brother's nicknake for me.Derek's nickname was "Twinkle toes" because he was always on his feet, thinking of new ideas for anything,really.

"It's good to see you again,"he said and planted a kiss on my lips that I didn't deny.I wanted him dearly, to hold me and never let me go.'Ok Olives, we can do that' I heard in my mind,covering my mouth in shock after realizing he was using mindlink with me.What I was mostly shocked about was that he heard what I said.He suddenly picked me up and lay me back on the bed I'd waken up in and leaned over my body, unbuttoning my shirt.He placed kisses on my neck again as he fondled my breasts. I couldn't resist him.After all, he was my mate.And my best friend.

Instantly, I was undressed and lay underneath him, my arms wrapped around his neck."I love you Avery," he whispered, making me blush."I love you Derek"

"Please stay with me."Instinctively, I nodded and we were at it.
