1. What motivated you to start writing your story? Do you enjoy writing or is it more of a chore for you?

What motivated me for the current book I’m working on was God, myself, and the other wonderful books I’ve read. I love writing but like everything thing else it can become tiresome, especially when you start to doubt yourself. But with my crazy imagination, I’m glad that there’s an avenue I can pour it out too.

2. How did you stumble upon Wattpad? Have you always known about it?

I joined Wattpad in 2015. I don’t remember how I came upon it but I was probably searching for something like ‘free ebook reader’ on google and they recommended Wattpad.

3. Who is your favorite writer on Wattpad so far? And which book drew you to them?

Maybe @RobThier and his book/book series Storm and Silence. It was recommended to me at the beginning and I was blown away that such talent isn’t (or now wasn’t) published. I have a lot of favorite books but not that many favorite authors, not because they’re bad but I don’t really pay attention to their names lol. @tayxwriter is another great other, although I don’t really like the cliché of bad boy good girl, I was trapped in her QB Bad Boy series.

4. What is your aim for your Wattpad career? Anything specific you would like to achieve?

Well, I wouldn’t mind getting featured and maybe becoming a paid writer… now that I write so much (I upload every day) I can understand why they implemented the Paid Stories feature. Mainly though, I would love for my book to get a lot of recognition and maybe help one or two people.

5. Tell us something interesting about yourself that your readers may not know!

I sing, dance, draw/paint and I have a YouTube channel! (It’s on pause till I can get a new camera)

6. How did you choose your Wattpad username? Was it challenging or did it just come easily?

Because I didn’t join Wattpad to write at first, I wasn’t thinking about a pen name, and when I started writing I stuck with it because my name is part of my identity and I’m proud of who I am.

7. Can you name some accounts that have improved your Wattpad experience? Eg: friends you may have

met here!

@xbeautifulphrasesx also known as Kayla Maria, she’s really motivational and helps me get up even when I’m not sad. @JessicaGallant1 also helped with some advice she gave concerning my first book; when I just started writing.

8. What is your favorite thing about being on Wattpad?

Hmm, I’ll say the comment sections and therefor the community. Sometimes when I’m reading a hard copy novel or one on my kindle, I get to a part that I wish I could see everyone’s thoughts on.

9. How did you decide on the plot and title of your current book? Tell us!

Ideas just keep popping into my head, and the thing with most of my ideas is that I get the general storyline, the beginning and the end, and the main character. So I had all of this floating in my head and God just led me to write it. The title on the other hand… I’m so bad with titles and blurbs so I asked my little sister to help me out. I told her the general idea and she was like, “A Dance of Life!” Once she said it, I knew that was it instantly.

10. Is there anything else you would like to say to the audience?

I’d just like to say that I hope you give my book a try, if you don’t like it that’s perfectly fine but don’t let the fact that there are Christian themes scare you away. Christianity is meant to be about love and that’s what I want my book to showcase.

AND if you want to write don't let anyone discourage you, the first time may be hard but just keep pushing.
