Chapter 7

"Why are you here this late?... " I ask.

My son who suppose to be in his own quarter find himself in front of my quarter without his imperial guard.

Seeing him with pitiful puppy eyes, i end up bring him inside my quarter.

"I got nightmare... " He explained while crying.

"I want to sleep with mummy tonight... " He pleaded.

I have dual mind in having him stay in my room while i'm ready to leave to 'meet' his father. After long thought, i decide to agree his plea and let him sleep with me.

Sending him home alone more dangerous than leaving him alone at home. I got him remove his shoes before told him to climb on the bed.

I climbed onto the bed while still wearing my robe. I crease his hair trying to let him fall asleep.

It took me 2 hour to get him to fall asleep. I fixed his blanket before tiptoe toward the door. It barely 9pm, i dont wish to pass the opportunity.

Son POV

Tonight, i secretly leave my own quarter to be with my mother.

I lied having a nightmare and wish to sleep with him.

I smiled the pitiful puppy eye worked, i got to thank my classmate for suggesting such idea.

Although i feel tonight my mother acted suspicious. He was wearing a make up and a coat when he should be preparing to rest.

His hand keep creasing my hair felt nice. I end up sleeping 2 hours later. Unfortunately, due to my keen sense i end up awake again with my eyes still close when i heard movement.

I thought i would receive an attack instead i feel my mother fixing my blanket, wish me good night sleep and promise to return soon. He climbed down from the bed and exited the room.

I finally opened my eyes. I miss his warm lying beside me.

I was curious where he was going during that late night but learning my mother nature i dont think he going to involve in evil scheme. So i continue sleeping.

End Son POV

I avoided any contact with people and lead myself toward the emperor study room.

I was flushed in red from the taught having sexual intercourse with the emperor addition heavy breathing from rushing here from my home.

The emperor was alone in the room. He was completely transfixed with the paper, he didnt realise my arrival.

"Your majesty... " I called.

He finally give reaction. He look startle by my arrival. I locked the study room door and remove the coat i wear.

I ended pretending being asleep when he tried his best not to let me awake.

He was kind enough to cover my body with my coat before leaving the room.

I shake my head from continue with such taught.

The eunuch excuse the maid and choose to serve me by himself. He gave me a warm wet towel to wash myself and new set of clothes.

"Your majesty, who did you sleep with last night?... " He asked.

I choose not to answer.

The eunuch didnt pry to seek answer from me.
