You and Hoseok had just had a baby girl called Jung Ha Yoon a couple of hours ago. You were getting your daughter changed into a baby grow on the bed in the hospital. Hoseok was sat in the rubbery blue plastic chair that was provided at the side of the bed watching and smiling at his daughter as she was getting changed. "She looks just like you Hobi. Don't you? You look so much like your appa." Y/N said to her daughter as she began to button up the cute little newborn baby grow that the boys had bought her. Your daughter gazed back at you, clearly trying to focus her attention on you as best as you could. "You know Y/N, she can only see the world right now in black and white with little shades of grey in her vision. Her sight wouldn't be properly developed until she is 4 months old you know." Hoseok observed watching his daughter looking up at you. Ever since Hoseok had found out you were pregnant, Hoseok had read many different parenting books as he wanted to be the best possible parent his child could ever have in the world. Once you and Hoseok had found out you were having a girl, he was so excited and couldn't wait to be able to do things together as a family. Y/N knew that Hoseok would be the best father your daughter could ever have.

Your daughter was now dressed in her baby grow and was quite happy and content lying on the hospital bed. Y/N made sure that she supported her daughter's head and her bottom before bringing her daughter to her chest level. Y/N looked down in awe at her daughter. She was so precious and was the spitting image of Hoseok. Ha Yoon was fast asleep in your arms, little arms raised up in the air. "Can I hold her?" Hoseok whispered, making sure that he didn't wake his daughter up. "Sure, you can. Let me-.."Y/N replied back careful manoeuvring across the stiff hospital bed with your daughter in your arms. "Are you ready Hobi? Are you comfortable?" Y/N again replied back ready to transfer her to her husband's arms. Hoseok instantly sprung to action, moving closer to Y/n ready to hold his daughter. Y/n made sure that she was at the edge of the bed before transferring the baby to her husband arms. Once Hoseok had full support and control of his daughter, Y/n was able to move back onto the bed allowing Hoseok to get himself comfortable with his daughter in the plastic chair.

Hoseok was so happy that his daughter was finally here in the world. It was a new chapter for you both in your lives and he could not wait to take his daughter home to start the journey. Ha Yoon stirred a bit causing her to wake from her slumber, her little dark brown eyes staring innocently at her appa. "Hello there, my little sunshine, look at you. I and Eomma could not wait to meet you." Hoseok spoke softly to his daughter as she stared at her appa. Little gurgles could be heard from his daughter who never took her eyes off him. "Yes, that is right. You are our little sunshine don't you agree? " Hoseok replied back to his daughter, knowing that she wouldn't be able to reply to him but could through gurgles and little sounds she made but it would help her in the future when she got older. "Y/N, do you agree?" No reply. Hoseok looked towards the hospital bed to find Y/n lying down on the bed fast asleep tired from birth. Hoseok knew that Y/N was tired from the birth, but Y/N was stubborn and didn't want to take a nap to miss any moments of her daughter's life. Finally, exhaustion had taken over Y/N and he was glad as it gave time for her to get some sleep.

"I and your eomma can not wait to take you home little kkot. When you are older, I can not wait to help you learn how to walk and even ride your bike when you get older. Even help you to say your first word. Appa is going to be your first word, but we wouldn't tell eomma will we?" Hoseok was rambling to his daughter about the many things they were going to do together. He was so precious to her, he didn't want her to get hurt by anyone. "Ha Yoon, let me show you Eomma." Hoseok decided to change the position of the way he was holding her by lifting his daughter's head to his shoulder. Hoseok made sure that her head was on his chest and shoulder and make sure that he was supporting her head and her shoulder. "See, look at your eomma, she is very tired after giving birth to you little kkot so we should let her sleep do you agree?" Hoseok whispered to his daughter. As a way of showing affection, Ha Yoon moved her head slightly and snuggled closer to her appa. Hoseok saw that his daughter was getting sleepy and within minutes she was fast asleep just like her eomma cradled against his chest. Life was now complete with their child in their lives now and brought new beginnings and new chapters to explore and cherish throughout the future Hoseok thought as he began to fall asleep safely cradling his daughter against his chest as the darkness consumed him.
