Chapter 1 - Meeting

~Your p.o.v~
"Urgh!" I moaned. I was feeling very bored as I have not been doing much for quite awhile and dad is out stalking other people and making deals. "Dad, When are you coming back...?" I said, half groaning, lying on the couch and staring at the ceiling. Just as I said that, I heard the door open.

"Hey Lummi! Im home," I heard Dad say. "Hey dad," I said in a way that sounded like I was emotionless. "Hey, cheer up Kid, why not go and do something?" Dad said , attempting to cheer me up but seemed to not have worked. "Like what?" I replied. "Umm...I don't know...maybe go out and get some fresh air and make friends or something...its your choice! You tell me what you want." Dad suggested. "Wait, You mean i can go out of the mindscape and go to the human world again?!" I exclaimed. "Is that what i said?" Dad snapped. "umm...n-no..." I answered. "Then?" Dad said. "But dad, it has been a really long time since i have been to the mortal world and by now, even if anyone sees me, they wont even recognise me. i should be better prepared," I coaxed. "Well...Since you have been asking for over a 100 years, and now that you are old enough..." Dad thought aloud,"I think I should let you go." "OMG THANKS DAD! I'LL BE BACK BY SUNDOWN!" I shrieked. "Just be careful with mortals, they might hurt you, and remember to change into your human form. bring some money just in case theres something you might want to buy " Dad told me. After grabbing some money, and other things, I rushed out of the door (the door being able to lead to many places) changing into My human form.

I found myself in the forest in Gravity Falls, Oregon. Looking behind, I saw the door that brought me here (the house door) and found out that only demons could see it and it can be walked through! Amazing isnt it?

I was walking in the forest when I heard some knocking sounds. I hid behind a bush to soo what it was. I saw a young mortal, hanging up signs, showing the way to the Mystery Shack. After i first saw him, i decided to watch him and see what he really look like and what he was doing out here in the forest. Aftet he found a Metal tree, I decided to move away as I was getting bored. So, i decided to go to the Mystery Shack.

~Dipper's P.O.V~

Hi, Im Dipper Pines, im 12 years old. It's my first day here at Gravity Falls, Oregon. I am here cus i was forced to visit my grand uncle or as we call him, Grunkle Stan, by our parents. Yes, I said 'our' as i have a twin sister. Her name is Mabel.

i have been asked to hang up signs pointing to the mystery shack in the creepy parts of the forest. I feel like i am being watched. while trying to hang a sign on a tree, i found that it was made of metal and there was something in it. After 'playing' with it, it opened the ground behind me up. inside there was a mysterious book with a 6 fingered hand and a number 3 written on it. I picked it up, dusted it, and headed back to the mystery shack.

on the way back, I bumped into a girl. She looked about a year older than me.
"STAY BACK!" She ordered, looking at me like she has never seen a human before. Oh, She looked so beautiful, her (E/C) Eyes radiant in the dim sunlight of the dark forest, her (H/L) (H/C) hair shimmering as each ray of sun shines on it, her black ribboned hairband perfectly matching with her (H/C) hair. I think I have a crush! "D-don't Worry, I-I wont hurt you." I stammered.

~Your P.O.V~
The boy said that he wouldnt hurt me, but i dont know if i could trust him. Dad has always warned me about mortals and how i should never trust one but he looked so good, and that he was telling the truth when he said that he would not hurt me.
"so, you heading to the Mystery Shack?" The boy asked. "Y-yes" I answered. "Oh, How rude of me! I forgot to introduce myself! (facepalms) I'm Dipper Pines, whats your name?" The boy, whom just told me his name was Dipper, said. "Oh...um...m-my name?" I managed to say. "It's...umm...(Y/N)." "Hey (Y/N), wanna....walk to the Mystery Shack together?" Dipper asked. "Sure!" You replied enthusiastically.

~Time Skip ~ (outside the Mystery Shack)

I saw a building with the words 'Mystery Hack' with an 'S' sitting on the roof. "Here we are," Dipper said. We walked in and i saw a red haired girl reading a magazine, a guy wearing a shirt with a ? on it and a young girl who looked the same as dipper. "Hey guys! this is (Y/N). I met her in the woods following the signs to the mystery shack." Dipper said. The girl ran up to be and gave me a bone crushing hug. "WERE GONNA BE THE BEST OF FRIENDS!" The girl shouted. "So i guess you are mabel?" I said. "How did you know my name?" Mabel asked, clearly shocked. "Um... Dipper told me." I replied.

~Dipper's P.O.V~
Wow, Shes soo beautiful! Wait, What am i thinking? I can't have a crush on someone i just met! "Mabel i have to talk to you for a moment, in private" I said. "Alright Dipper I'll Be there in a sec!" Mabel replied. "Mabel, I found this journal in the forest and it has all sorts of creepy things in it like zombies and gnomes!" Dipper said, partially whispering. "Wow! thats cool! But i have to go, Ive got a DATE!" Mabel exclaimed running out of the door. "Silly girl," I muttered.

~Time Skip~

Mabel has returned home with a guy. He looks really off, like something about him wasn't right. "Who's that?" (Y/N) asked. " I'm Norman" the boy replied it a weird deep tone, barely audible. "wha-" I stammered. "He said his name was Norman," Mabel replied. "I dont trust him." (Y/N) said. "Me too" I continued. So i consulted my journal, hoping to find some answers. "Zombies, commonly mistaken as normal teenagers. Oh my gosh I think norman is a zombie!" I thought aloud.

~Time Skip~
~ Mabel's P.O.V~

"Theres something i have to tell you..." Norman said. pls be a vampire...pls be a vampire...pls be a vampire... Mabel thought as Norman continued to speak. Turns out, Norman was just a bunch of gnomes! Urgh! And they want ne to be their new queen! "Eww! NO!" I replied after their request. "Then we'll Take you by force!" The 'head' gnome said. "GNOMES OF THE FOREST, UNITE!!!" Just as they were forming a giant gnome thingy, Dipper arrived in a golf cart. "Hop on mabel," he said. I went into the cart and we drove away, back to the shack.

~Your P.O.V~

I was looking at a diamond necklace with a gold chain, it was real, i know it, and its really cheap! So i decided to purchase it. Just as i was about to pay for the item, I saw a giant gnome just right outside the shack, Mabel and Dipper trying to fight it. Mabel then said some words which i couldnt hear through the glass window and a gnome, whom i am assuming was controlling the whole entire thing walked down and opened up a box with a diamond ring on it. After that, i lost interest and continued on the payment of the nacklace. Less than a minute later, they both walked through the door, just as the sun was setting. "Oh no! I have to go, see you guys soon!" I said. "Ok bye come to the Mystery Shack if you wanna find us!" Dipper said.

I rushed home finding dad doing whatever he was doing. "Your back on time" Bill said. "Did you enjoy yourself?" "It was great! I made new friends!" I replied. "Good to know, and please change back to your demon form. Dinner's on the table." Dad said. "Thanks, Im really tired though, I'll be heading to bed after dinner." I said changing into my demon form. After dinner, I went directly to bed.
