I was startled out of my sleep, taking notice of my phone alarm going off on my nightstand. I propped up on my side, turning off the alarm I set for myself. I laid back down on my back and let out a small sigh.
It's the first day of school and apparently everyone knows who I am. Fucking great.
I get up and walked straight into my bathroom, turning the shower handle to the temperature that I liked. I quickened my normal shower routine, keeping in mind that I had to leave the house no later than 7:45 so I could be at the school around 8:00-8:10.
I got out of the shower, wrapping a towel around my body and started to wash my face then brush my teeth. I strolled into my closet, trying to pull together a cute outfit for my first day. I finally picked out a black tank-top bodysuit, a pair of high waisted skinny jeans, black slip-on Vans, and some jewelry. Lastly, I completed the fit with a fluffy brown jacket, remembering the weather app saying it was going to be in the low 70s all day today.

I decided to straighten my hair this once because why not. I don't use any sort of heat in my hair that often because I don't want to damage my curly-wavy hair. I spray on some leave-in conditioner, so my hair doesn't frizz up during the school day.
I was in the middle of my minimal makeup routine, when my phone started buzzing. It was an incoming FaceTime call from my sister. Confused, I answered the call.
"Hiiii little sister." She smiled with her face close up to the screen.
"Damn Victoria back up." I said, both of us bust out laughing and she moved the screen revealing she was in bed. "What are you doing up so early ?"
"Can a big sister not say hello and wish her little sister a good first day ?" She chuckled.
"You right you right." I said, letting out a small laugh at her nice gesture.
"We haven't had a chance to talk lately, how was the orientation mom took you to ?" She asked.
"All we did was talk to some of my teachers and look around campus, so it was alright." I said bluntly and she nodded.
"Did you see any cute guyssss ?" She questioned, studying my face and I stopped in the middle of putting on mascara.
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't." I shrugged, grinning at her and she laughed.
"I fucking knew it ! What's his name, tell me everything." She said eagerly and I told her the situation that happened between the mystery boy and I.
"I feel you little sis, the fuck boys are always the attractive ones." She shook her head and I nodded in agreement, finishing up my makeup.
