It's not a sci-fi but I tried to reason out how males possibly can get pregnant. I'm not an expert in science. Whatever I've written is purely my imagination.

Beam’s POV

After meeting Pha and Kit, I asked Papa if he was free on the weekend. I told him that I want to see a doctor since I was unwell. Papa asked me to meet the following Saturday and also told dad to fix our meeting with Dr. Arthit.

Forth has suspicion but he is not asking me anything. He just takes care of me.  And I am happy that he's very understanding. Blame the hormones but I vent my anger on him over nothing but he doesn't get mad. And again when I realize I got angry at him over nothing, I start crying and he hugs me tight.

Today I'm goito meet Papa and confirm the pregnancy. Papa doesn't know it, but I think he'll understand. And also, I want to talk to him if I can marry Forth before the arrival of our child.

I drove directly to Dr. Arthit’s hospital. Dad has informed him and fixed the appointment. Papa was waiting for me in the lobby. Always worried sick! Dr. Arthit was supposed to come after half an hour.

“How are you my baby?” He asked me.

“Fine Papa.”

“Why did you suddenly want to meet Arthit?”

“Well… Papa… I'm suspicious that… I might be… pregnant.” I told him.

Papa looked so happy and his eyes filled with tears. “How??” He asked and I told my symptoms.

“Heavens!!! I'm going to be a grandfather.” He said with happiness. “Here comes Arthit.” He said. Dr. Arthit smiled at Papa and went to his cabin.

“Mr. Kao?” The receptionist called Papa after 10 minutes.

We went inside. My heart was racing. I was nervous.

“Hi Kao, Hello Beam!” He said warmly. “What brings you here?”

“You won't believe why we came here, Arthit.”  Papa said to him. “You may feel like you hit a jackpot.”

“Really?”

“Yeah. My baby here has some symptoms.”

“What symptoms?”

“Ask him.”

“What is it Beam?”

“I'm suspecting that… that… I might be pregnant!!!”

“Woaahhhh!!! Really? My first baby boy is going to give birth? What are your symptoms?”

I told him the symptoms. He asked me about Forth while checking. Like a skilled doctor he distracted me with his talks while checking. He then decided to do an ultrasound.

“Beam? Kao? Can you wait outside for a while? I'll ask the nurse to make the room ready.”

“Yeah!” I said and we waited for some time. Meanwhile he asked me to drink the whole water from the bottle given to me. I had to drink it with some time intervals.
