So this is how to deal with your period on masc days.
Don't wear boxers with a pad. You can wear them over a tight pair of underwear with a pad in it. If you want to feel masculine still.
Don't wear your binder. With cramps and tender breast tissue, it'll just cause you more pain to wear a binder. Wear a sports bra instead
Take care of yourself. I know it makes you dysphoric, but you still need to take care of yourself.
Consider using tampons or a menstrual cup. I know a lot of transmasc people prefer these because they don't have to think about it as much.
Try to stay home as much as you can. Since you probably won't be able to bind plus your dysphoria will be at its peak.
