The Doctor and Martha are held at gunpoint by Capone's men. They slam the doors of their stolen car as the pair stand outside with their hands up. Capone's associate Fischetti orders them behind the car.
Fischetti:
Alright big ears, move it!
The pair head around the car, standing behind. With the guns loaded at them, two bright flashing lights from a car blind them. Capone's car is beginning to pull up to the right in front of them. The lights turn off, as Capone aggressively opens the door, and slowly pacing out with a livid facial expression. Martha tenses, as the Doctor keeps calm. Capone marches up to the Doctor, frowning furiously. He looks as though he is about to strike at him. But then, he smiles. Capone begins to chuckle, before breaking into another laughter. The rest of his men begin to laugh too, to please Mr. Capone. ZAM! ZAM! KABOOM! KABOOM! Shock! Energy bolts fire around them from Capone's behind. Everyone hides around the cars. The Doctor and Martha are able to hide underneath their Model T, well Martha can easily. The Doctor's legs stick out a bit. The others hide in the shadows, behind the cars, around the block etc. We see the Brabantian Scout among his black designed minions. Capone's men immediately begin firing back with their guns – and most are vaporized by the laser rays. ZAM! KABOOM! The other cars explode as they are all hit, except for the one the Doctor and Martha hide under. ZAM! ZAM! ZAM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KAPOW! Only Capone, Fischetti, and Nitti are left alive. The Scout stomps towards them. He is indestructible against the humans. The other three fire everything they have at them until their guns run out of ammo. They freeze, as the Scout and his men have marched up to them.
Scout:
ALPHONSE CAPONE! PERFECT STOCK! YOU THERE, BELOW!
The Doctor realizes his leg is visible, knowing he must go out. He silently communicates to Martha to stay put underneath in hiding. The Doctor climbs up from underneath, holding his hands up.
Doctor:
Sorry about that. Just busy sorting out Mr. Capone's Model T. Nice car by the way.
The Scout stares at the Doctor, as we see from its eye perspective. It scans the Doctor to have traces of background radiation on his person.
Scout:
BACKGROUND RADIATION! OUR CHIEF WILL BE MOST INTRIGUED IN THIS! TAKE THEM!
The Brabantians take the Doctor, Al Capone, and his friend's hostage. They grab each other, squeezing their shoulders.
DO NOT RESIST! IT WAS A GOOD THING YOU ARE STILL IN THE SECTOR!
A blue flash appears around the individuals before they fade away. Seconds later, Martha climbs out from underneath from the car, safe and protected from them. She stops for a minute, thinking what she would do next. It then clicked; she knew exactly what she had to do!
