The night of the concert came and a rush of happiness came over, a feeling I wasn't really used to. I felt like something amazing was going to happen tonight so I decided to look my very best. I flat ironed my hair and threw on my favorite flirty black dress and cute knitted cardigan. I put on my favorite black heeled booties and my favorite red lipstick. I looked in the mirror and for once I thought I looked decent. I heard Adelaide honk the horn outside so I quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed to her car.

"Woah you look amazing!" She said as I got I the car.

"Thanks same to you!!" I said getting into the front seat. As we began to drive away I looked at the dark sky 'It's gonna be a good night' I thought.

As we began to walk to the VIP entrance we got strange looks from the fans waiting outside. As we entered we heard the boys laughing and Luke yelling over Calum. We followed their laughs until we finally found their dressing room, where all four boys stood. "Knock knock" said Adelaide.

"Babe!" replied Luke running towards her.

"Hey love, this is my friend I was telling you about" she replied give giving him a kiss.

"Hi, I'm Rose. Nice to meet you." I said shaking his hand.
"Welcome Rose ! Come on in girls." he replied, leading us into the dressing room. After walking in, Luke introduced us to the boys.

"Hello" they all replied. I sat down awkwardly on a chair near Ashton and Michael. Calum was watching videos on cats while Luke and Adelaide were snuggling on the couch. I stared at them, remembering Daniel. My eyes got a little teary. 'Snap out of it Rose. You're living the dream right now. Don't ruin it.' I though to myself.

"Hey love" said Michael, his Australian accent completely mesmerizing me. "What's wrong? You seem down."

"Oh it's nothing. I've just been having a rough time lately and sometimes I feel like I'm gonna have a meltdown." I replied as he stared at me.

"Well let's change that tonight and have the best time ever!" He replied getting up and bringing me a slice of pizza.

"Michel sharing pizza!?" Yelled Ashton shocked. "Wow it must be the end of the world." Everyone laughed as Michael turned extremely red.

Michael and I continued to talk, giggling and laughing more than I ever have. He confessed to me that he's been in my shoes and he knows how I feel. I felt relief knowing I wasn't the only one. It was an hour before the boys went on and they had to rehearse a bit. Adelaide and I sat backstage as the boys went and practiced.

"Sooo Rose. I see you and Michael are getting along." She said.

"Yea. He's really funny and understanding. I don't think I've met anyone like him." I replied.

"Well. You two seem like you really hit it off. You never know maybe you'll go out sometime." She replied.

"Doubt it. I don't think I'm good enough or him."She rolled her eyes and ignored my comment, but I was serious. Ever since I broke up with Daniel, I felt like maybe I wasn't good enough to be with anyone else. I thought that if I was in a relationship I might make the person miserable and that's not what I wanted. We continued watching the boys but all I noticed was Michael staring at me as they began to sing She Looks so Perfect.

At the end of the show, the boys, Adelaide and I decided to order pizza on the tour bus. We all ate and laughed as Calum and Ashton decided to dress as turtles and make funny jokes. Michael and I continued to talk as the unexpected happened. "Rose" he said giggling "I think I really wanna see you again. Why don't we keep in contact and maybe go out sometime if you'd like that because I don't know maybe you don't like me or maybe you just love pizza." I giggled and blushed, my heart pounding and mind spinning. I couldn't believe it, Michael Clifford liked ME! A small town, insecure, depressed girl. 'This to good to be true.' I thought.

"Of course Michael. I'd really enjoy that." I said giggling. Before Adelaide and I left, I gave the boys my biggest thanks for the best night ever. Michael and I exchanged numbers and he gave me a big bear hug.

"It was a pleasure meeting you Rose. I can't wait to see you again" he said leading me out of the bus.

"This is the best night ever. Thank you Adelaide" I said feeling as grateful ever.
