Mary's Story.
Nine months ago I was blessed with a child in the most extraordinary way possible. I was approached by an angel. I was terrified before he told who he was and commanded me to not be afraid. My doubt and fear were instantaneously vanquished. He told me that I was going to give birth to God's only son and he would be the savior of man. It took a while for me to tell my family and I ran away to my cousins house in an effort to temporarily escape any rumors that would have circled around my pregnancy. Who would believe a virgin birth. But my cousin believed it and eventually when i was to return home my family believed me. It took an angel to make my husband-to-be believe it. Now as I sit here looking at my son wrapped in a piece of extra cloth, laying in the hay, I can honestly say he is the most beautiful gift god could have given the earth. All of the struggles I've had in my life since and before I conceived Jesus were justified. And when I thought it couldn't get any better the Shepard's in the hill sides of Bethlehem congregated in the doorway. Three men from a foreign land had been tracking a star that lead them to us. As if i wasn't astonished enough as it was, they all bowed down to my newborn son; the savior of humanity.
