Desire's mum POV
It's been two weeks since my daughter had been in a coma. I stopped going to my clinic since last week. I put Mrs Musa in charge. She is a very diligent woman and u trust her.
Everyday I make sure I talk to Desire because I hoped she could hear me. My husband also took two days off work. In those two days he always made sure he visited Desire.
The twins were not also left out. They visited Desire everyday whenever they come back from school.
Haleema found our about her sisters condition. She was very angry that we didnt tell but her anger melted immediately she saw her sister's condition.
The doctor had told us that her coma was indefinite. She might not wake up in a long time. But I had faith she will wake up very soon.
I was currently in the ICU watching my daughter on the bed. She looked so fragile to the extent I started feeling guilty. She deserved to know the truth.
As all these were going through my mind I saw her left index finger move.
She was awake!!
"Mum"she croaked.
My daughter was awake. She was awake. I ran out to call the doctor with only one word in my mind
