Daniela's pov

Alex and I walked in the apartment and Elena was on the couch reading while Penelope was...doing something.

E-So am I looking at a man and a woman now?" Al-Mom? Elena's being mean to us!" E-Asked and answered. Come here." We sat down next to her. E-I just want to say that I think it's really cool that you set all of that stuff up for Dani." D-But he didn't set all that stuff up for me." E-I knew it. You're not that smooth. But if you didn't who did?" Al-I don't know. I guess somebody's getting proposed to." D-Awww that's so sweet. Alex, take notes."

Elena smiled and he scoffed. Then, Lupe came out.

P-Hey, did you guys know pudding can last for a year.I'm gonna but this in bulk." D-Why would you want that?" P-It's pudding, Daniela. Pudding." P-Oh and Max is coming over. He's super excited to take me to the roof to see the super moon. That's all he can talk about. I'm like, "Easy need it's just a freakin moon."." We all got up. I started getting excited.

Al-Wait wait wait. Max invited you up to the roof to see the moon?" P-Yeah, I just said that. What? You just get here?" E-Well, it's just because it's all happening so fast. I just don't n ow how I feel about you going to look at the moon."

Alex's pov

D-Elena, what are you talking about! She needs to go see the moon! This is the only time!" Al-This could be her last chance to see a moon!" E-No! 40 is the new thirty! There will be plenty of moons, Jupiter has four!"

P-Okay." She went into the kitchen and Elena stood in front of us. We started whispering. E-I'm freaking out. Mom is about to get surprise proposed to on the roof. How do you feel about it. Dani first, because I care about her opinions more than yours." I scoffed.

D-Well I think it's a great idea. I mean they care about each other. They are perfect for each other. Like have you seen them, they are so in love. If they got married it's just them being how they are now, I guess, forever." E-Awww that was sweet." D-I know right." They high-fived.

E-Alex?" Al-Max makes her happy." E-Mhm." Al-Not pudding happy, but happy." E-And as far as cis white men go, you probably couldn't do any better." Mami came back out from the kitchen.

Penelope's pov

The kids were standing there when I walked over. Al-Wait. Are you gonna go look at the moon wearing that?" P-Yeah why, is there some supermoon dress code?" D-Well, not really but if there is it's super secret so you may be the only one, but it's worth it." I'm so confused right now.

Al-No, just maybe a little lipstick instead of the pudding you stole out of the earthquake kit." P-Oh. I'm gonna replace it." I wiped it off my lips. E-Yeah, a woman shouldn't have to dress up just to satisfy a cultural ideal created by men for men." P-Exactly!" E-Except for tonight."  Max knocked on and opened the door.

P-Hey you!" We kissed briefly. M-So, uh you excited?" Alex said, "Yes. You have our blessing!" While Elena said, "You're the bestest white guy!" While Daniela said, "Go get em tiger!" What the actual hell is wrong with these kids.

We went to the roof and there was a cute little table set up. P-Oh. Nice." Then I turned and there was a banner that said together forever. I started to panic a little, but we're fine right? Right. There are candles and— oh my god! Is he gonna propose? Is that what the kids were saying?

I looked at him. P-No. Hell no! No. No. Never. No. Hell no! No. Never. " I was waving my hands around. A lot.

M-Woah!" P-No, I sorry, Max. I am. I'm- the decorations are beautiful. The flowers, the candle. Oh my god, they freakin moon! It's perfect! But I can't marry you! No. Never ever, like never! J-just to clarify, the answer is no."

M-Cool." I looked at him weird. P-Wow. You bounce back real quick." M-I didn't do all this. Do I look like the kind of guy that has to work this hard? Yeah, no I wasn't planning on proposing. I just wanted to come up to the roof. Maybe get some under the light of the supermoon."

P-Oh." I laughed. P-That was almost awkward. I like your plan. I do. I like it. Let's go." I went towards him, but he lightly pushed me back and walked to where I was standing before.

M-Ah, wait a second. Now that you turned down my non-proposal. I'm uh... wondering what it is about me that made you do a one-woman show about the word "no"."

I told him about my promise to myself to never get married again. I really love him, I do, but I just can't take that risk.

We talked about his job and how he wasn't gonna be here all the time. Here for a couple months, gone for a couple months. And of course, I'm perfectly fine with that.

He proposed to me to not propose, if that made any sense. P-Yes! Yes! Max, yes! A thousand times yes!" Elena, Alex, and Dani were watching him" propose, but obviously couldn't here us until I shouted. So they thought we were engaged.

They ran out and Elena and Dani hugged me. E-Mommy, congratulations!" Alex hugged Max. Al-Hey! Welcome to the family!" D-Don't mess this up, Max." E-Can I be your person of honor because I was thinking we could go to the museum of tolerance for your bachelorette party!" D-I don't think she wants to do that, but I'm excited so I'm rolling with it." P-Oooo. Sounds like a rager. I'm sorry guys. Max and I are not getting married. Ever."

D-Awwww. But you guys are so cute." Al-It was the sweatpants right?" I shook my head laughing.P-No, it's....I can't risk it. If I get another divorce, it'll rip us apart again. I don't want anymore problems." D-Yeah and it will probably mess with, Alex." P-What do you mean?" She looked at him with wide eyes. He just shook his head. D-Uh... nothing." P-Not gonna question it, but you're telling me later."

Daniela's pov

He hid behind this thing. (In sorry idk what that shit is called. All I know is that it's big and it's a thing. Not like that.)

Lydia and Dr.B came out. L-Leslie! Perfect! I waited so long to do this." We all looked at each other in disgust.

Dr.B-Oh in just glad we are finally going to do it. Are you sure your ready?" L-I am ready!"

Penelope whispered to us. P-Should we just jump of the roof?" We all nodded. L-Leslie, help me take this top off. Oh hell no! Penelope stood up right after she said that.

P-No, Mami keep your top on!" They screamed.

Turns out it was Berto's ashes, that they said they spread out on the beach in Cuba, but Lydia said she couldn't bring herself to do it, so she spread them out in his garden on the roof.  Schneider, Avery, and Nessa came up to watch them. They each said something beautiful about him. And then we all hugged.

Well, this took longer than anticipated, but anyway what do you want to see next, because I can write other episodes, but it might take a while because I have to reconstruct it so it can fit Dani and Nessa. Also, next chapter there is gonna be sister drama. I find that interesting. Lmao. Okie love y'all💗 Bye!
