"But for me, I've decided...
I've decided to live my life bearing all my memories.
Even if they're sad memories
memories that only ever hurt me...
memories that I sometimes wish I could forget...
If I can bear and face those memories...
and work hard to accept them, then, one day...
One day, I believe I can become someone who isn't defeated by those memories.
I want to believe I can.
I want to believe that there isn't a single memory that's okay to forget.
I want to embrace all of my memories and keep believing that.
So that I won't be defeated...
So that someday
I'll go even further and consider those memories precious."

I think a lot of us can relate to this one. There will always be things that we sometimes wish we could forget.
But I think that we should face our memories and acknowledge and accept them. It's important to do so even if we don't want to. Because that makes us stronger and helps us to move forward.
Our memories don't have to hold us back. Even when denial seems easier, the easy way isn't always the best way. Denial makes the pain build up and root and grow in us. And when we finally have to let it all out, there are no words for how painful it is.
It may take a while. It will take a while. But every one of can learn to accept and embrace even the memories that only ever hurt us.
