Hi Dad,

It's been a while since I wrote to, but I'd like to help you catch up with my life since it's been moving so quickly. I'm 20 years old now, and I'm studying to become a business owner at University. I've met the man of my dreams, and he's proposed to me. Dad, I think you'd like him. He's tall and has such a kind heart. 

Mom is proud of me, and I just hope that I'm making you proud up in heaven. I love you and miss you. Mom's new boyfriend, Derek, will be walking me down the aisle. As much as I'd want Mom to, she insisted that he did it. 

I love you dad. I can't wait to see you someday.
