01- Prologue

Your POV:

I stand looking at my new home. My cousin Hinata is more excited about me moving in then I am.

I start at my new school in two days and with Hinata by my side I don't think I will be able to blend in. 'maybe i will be in a different class, that will help' I thought.

I love Hinata but I don't want to stand out, and he does.

My aunt starts helping me get settled in my new room across the hall from Natsu, I'm actually kind of excited to move in with them.

*flashback*

" Mom, I have a fever. Can you stay home with me?" I asked mom.

"No sorry sweety, I need to go to work and so does your father, and sadly we will both be home late. but I will pick you up some strawberry shortcake on the way home ok." She stated.

I was upset but I understood, so I gave only gave her nod. Not a good idea it made me feel dizzy so I went back to bed.

I hear the jingle of the keys as mom took them off the counter and wen out the door, and her and dad drove away.

*timeskip*

The next morning I got up. I went to check my temperature because I was feeling better and I didn't have a fever anymore.

I got up early enough to go to school so that's what I did. The house seem quiet and that's when I realized my parent haven't came home yet. 'they must be caught up at work so they stay the night.' I thought. so I got in my uniform and walked to my school.

When I got home my parents still haven't got home, I began to get worried so I called my mom..... No answer. So I called my dad....

..... No answer.....

I got really freaked out so I called their work, *riinnnggg* *riig-* "Hello," The voice said.

"Hi, my parents work there, uhh the Miuna's... Are they caught up with work? They didn't come home last night and they still haven't I want to know if they are ok." I said, managing to keep my voice in tune.

"Oh uh they haven't came in since the day before yesterday I'm sorry." She said.... I hung up. I started running around my living room. Panicking, I called the hospital just to check if something bad happened and the answer i got turned my life upside down....

"My parents are dead"

*End of flashback*

"nyoko-channnn" Hinata yells ashe runs towards me.

*BAAANNNGGG* I am suddenly one the floor. as i get up i hear "nyoko-channnn!! are you okk!!??" and "sorry sorry sorryyyy" "did i hurt you?!" after that i couldn't understand his rambling.

"y-y-yeah in fine shoyo, don't worry." i say trying to not stutter but fail.

"im going to go get settled..... didnt you say you had volleyball practice soon." i told him. he starts jumping in the air and waving his arms around, "oh shit! yeah!" he then starts to run around gathering stuff and in no time is out the door.

right after he left i realize he forgot his knee-pads so i went to give then to him

'thank god i know where the school is' i thought as i walk out the door.

*time skip brought to you by milk coming out of Kageyama's nose*

i found my way to the gym and i hear yelling and shoes squeaking against the hardwood flooring 'that must be where they are' i thought, i open the door only to have my vision go black.

a couple of seconds later, everything comes back into view as i see hinata and a bunch of guys standing over me.

hinata immediately helps me up, 'their team is small.. the only seem to have 10 players..' i notice as i look around the room. all of a sudden a short guy with spikey hair with a blonde front piece and a taller guy with a buzcut came yelling words to me that i couldn't understand.

"u-um, e-excuse me, can you speak slower p-please?" i ask, thankfully they heard me.

"WOW tanaka! shes HOTTT!" the shorter one said the he taller one who i think is tanaka. i blushed at his remark.

"guys! you don't say that to a girl you just met! and back away" a silver boy said to the two guys,l.

"im sugawara koshi by the way, and this is tanaka and nishinoya. sorry about them they get this way round pretty girls, hehe" he says blushing as he points to the two guys who were looking at me with googly eyes.

this makes me blush.. i compose myself and make my way to hinata. "shoyo, you forgot your knee-pads." i said shyly.

"woah! first name bases hinata! is this ur girlfriend?" Tanaka says the last part sadly.

"N-NO!! shes my cousin, she just moved in with my family today." hinata says to tanaka who seems to e happier now.

"y-yeah... also shoyo said you guys had 12 members.. i only see 10" i said trying to change the subject.

"oh two had a project to do...... OH!! i remember i was going to ask daichi if you can be the new manager since your gonna need a club!" hinata says while basically jumping with excitement.

"i think that's a great idea hinata! we would love to have you on our team!" daichi says turning to me.

"you can start attending practice tomorrow after school where we will formally to the rest of the team." a girl named kiyoko said as she walked out of the gym.

"suga will come get you at your class at the end of school ok?" daichi said.

"ok.. w-well see you guys later, b-bye shoyo see u at home." i said waving as i left the gym to go back home.

*3rd person POV*

(in the gym)

"DAMN HINATA!"

"SHES SO HOTTT!!"

tanaka and nishinoya say to hinata.

"wait till you at least know her name before hitting on her guys." hinata says sternly.

nishinoya and tanaka were taken aback by his tone. "wow look how protective you are! your growing up so fast!... GWAA!" sugawara says while he cries into daichi.
