Tears were forming in Jimin's glassy eyes while looking at the two loves of his life at the other end of the red carpet. His once fake three-smiles smile was now real and they' were not even enough to explain how genuinely happy he was at that very moment.
There were variations of flowers. White cloths were beautifully hung on tree branches and white petals of flowers were scattered on the grass. Seated on white chairs were their family and friends, wearing different pastel yellow dresses and tuxedos, and at the other end of the aisle, there stood Jungkook and his son in his elegant tiny suit.
Jimin exhaled nervously before walking slowly together with his mom. She looked at him, happiness visible in her eyes. She gave her a "you-deserve-it" kind of smile while tracing the fabric of the tuxedo that she made for his son. She couldn't help but cry now that he was seeing the day that she had been dreaming of for her son. Finally receiving the love that he deserves.
At the other end of the garden, Jungkook's tears were falling uncontrollably. Seeing Jimin walk towards him made him so emotional. Remembering all the times that he avoided him and made me feel unloved, and now here he was, loving him so much he couldn't even imagine his life without Jimin. How Jimin helped him being whole again, making him feel that he is not alone and see the value of his life again. Standing up again and learning how not to live in the past.
They both exchanged their sweetest and proudest smiles. Jimin's heartbeat was in sync with his tiny slow steps. A few more steps and he would soon reach Jungkook.
Jimin didn't notice that they had reached the end. Mrs. Park rubbed his shoulders once again, giving him a sign that she'll leave him on the aisle. He noticed the tears flowing down his mom's cheeks and the priceless smile that he rarely sees on his mom.
Jimin took one step closer and went beside Jungkook. In the aisle there were Jimin, Jungkook and their son, as their officiant.
It was the little one's request for them to have this mini ceremony. The baby boy helped the organizers to design the place and helped his parents to make the invitations. He asked them if he could be the officiant for the lovers because he said that it was his dream to witness their marriage up close and to say that they're officially husband and wife.
Minsuk cleared his throat, which initiated some giggles because of his cuteness. He tried to make his voice bigger before starting his speech.
" Welcome, family, friends and loved ones. We gather here today to celebrate the wedding of my parents. We have come here to witness the formal commitment of my mom and dad, to offer your love and support to this union and to allow them to start their married life together surrounded by the people dearest and most important to them," Minsuk said with his chin up. The boys couldn't help but giggle before the adorable kid.
"Will you, Dad, Jeon Jungkook take mom, Park Jimin to be your wedded wife?"
Jungkook gave him the widest smile before turning his eyes to Jimin and said "I will."
"Will you, mom, Park Jimin take dad, Jeon Jungkook to be your wedded husband?"
And without hesitation Jimin replied "I will."
Minsuk proudly held up the rings towards them and in his lovely solemn voice announced
"Now, Mom, Dad, please say your vows!"Jimin took a small, shaky step towards Jungkook.
Once his smaller hand was encased in Jungkook's bigger one, he started"Jeon Jungkook, please lean on me. Let me be your unfailing support. I'll be your bridge over troubled water. And if you fall, if you're down, I will carry you. I vow to kiss you every day as we do today - with a heart full of love and devotion. That each kiss we share from now will be a celebration of this day, of the joy we share, and a remembrance of all our victories. Together. Always. Forever my love."
