If I was brave enough,
I would have said it,
Even when you already knew.
If you were brave enough,
You would've said no long before,
Even when I already knew.
But all there was this
Wishful thinking,
Of our known ending.
Yet we weren't brave enough;
To say it out loud.
If only we were brave enough.
