So The Velvet Room changes depending on 'The Will' of the person or people that enters it. In Persona 1, the Velvet Room is quite Plain and Simply, but this could be because the group of Persona 1 we're unsure/unready or didn't make a single idea of themselves and there goals/a single collective Will or Idea. In Persona 2 It's the same but quite different, the design changes to that of a stage in Lounge Bar, this would fit the themes of Persona 2 about Rumors and Superstition, since Lounge Bar is a place where you exchange theory's, rumors and Ideas about certain topic. In Persona 3 The Velvet Room changes to that of an Elevator that constantly ascending levels. This is symbolic of the P3 Protag ascending Tartarus and his own personal accession to Messiah. Also the Persona 3 Velvet Room is the first 'personal' Velvet Room, since it was specialist for Minato alone. Also the attendant Elizabeth is wearing a bellhop outfit, as this makes sense, since because of Elizabeth helping Minato on his journey and also Minato helping Elizabeth understanding the outside world like a Messiah. Also there's two clocks that represents the Dark Hour and Doomsday, since Persona 3 themes are Death and would fit very well of the themes of the game. Persona 4 Velvet Room changes drastically, more than a 'Room' it becomes a Car surrounding by a thick 'Fog'. This represents 'The Investigations Team' quest and resolve to find 'The Truth' and the culprit of the Murders in Inaba. The Car sometimes stop when the case reach a dead end or when the 'fog' has been lifted and the 'Truth' is uncovered. And also 'The Fog' represents all the useless information created by media, and also going back to Izanami. The Car going on one direction surrounded by a thick fog, represents 'Yu' and your journey uncovering the 'Truth' and lifting the 'Fog' from Inaba created by Izanami. The Car, also represent that no matter what, even if your in a confined safe space, some people are still clouded and give into the lies of the fog. Like Namatame who didn't open his eyes to the Truth and got blinded by the Fog, and this one of also the Major Mistake from the player during the game. The attendant of the new Persona 4 Velvet Room is Margaret, she dresses as a secretary or manager, this represents Margaret giving news to Narukami privately and helping him around his journey. And at last we reach Persona 5, The Velvet Room in this game, is not the actually room created by the protaginist, but created by Yaldabaoth to bring Humanity to 'Ruin'/'Salvation'. But there is still some meaning behind the false Velvet Room. Like the prison design reminding Akira of criminal record and society being trapped. Also this when my theory comes in so take this a grain of salt. So the Twins in Persona 5, are like about 7 or 8... since there like that and there's meaning behind them even if the Velvet Room isn't the real deal. If the Velvet Room changes depend on the will of a persona or people. Does that mean Joker's a loli masochist fetisher?. If the velvet room and the attendants changes to fit the themes of the game and Will of the person? So is Joker a pedo for having a loli's as prison guards that beat him and mock him? I don't know but certainly a surprised to some discord users who actually believes this shit.
