I called the police after Martin was missing for a whole day. I tried to reach his family and friends but they didn't know where he was eighter. For some reason they were not as worried as I was. He normally wouldn't just vanish like that without saying something. Also I didn't know if he just left or he was kidnapped or taken or something.
I tried to help the police to search for him but they said I should stay at his place in case he comes back. They also looked after me and two police officers took turns to watch over me in case I could be the next target and in danger too. I wasn't really afraid of that but I was very worried and concerned about Martin. What happend to him? Was he hurt? Is he looked up somewhere? Where did he go? How could I find him again? Hopefully he was okay and I will see him soon again. The police will find him.
I tried to distract myself with watching TV but on the news they talked about a missing man which was Martin. I sighed and followed the report. They didn't say much. Later I found an interesting crime serie I watched. Then I watched a beauty show I liked. I got hungry after a while and searched for snacks. I didn't find much because Martin didn't had a lot of food at home as I knew from yesterday morning and I wasn't grocery shopping yet. I will do that later before lunch.
Luckily I found a pack of potato chips and opened it infront of the TV. When it was half past 11 am I got out and to the next supermarket and bought food. For lunch I cooked chicken with rice, mushrooms, sauce and vegetables. It was sad that I could just cock for myself and not for Martin and me. The food tasted good but I felt lonely. I missed him.
