I stared at Jason with his coffee in his hand for a few moments till he realised me and asked:"do you want a coffee too?" I was so confused. How did he got in here? What did he want? Where were the officers who were supposed to watch me and protect me if there was any danger?

“What time is it?“, I questioned and tried to calm down. I will figure it out. Everything will be fine. As if anything ever was fine in the last week.
"Oh, it's eh... 10 am", Jason answered while putting the coffee mug down and looking at his watch on his left hand. 10 am? So I slept through the whole night in the bathtop? In the cold water? When did we get home yesterday? I knew it was late but I didn't know how late.

"Do you want a coffee now, or not?“, Jason asked again and I snapped out of my thoughts. I agreed and got closer to the kitchen table. "You can have breakfast too if you want. Inside are some pancakes I made", he added and pointed into the kitchen. I nodded and remembered a time where he cooked pancakes for us once or twice when I was a teen. They always were good.

So I went into the kitchen, took a plate out of the cupboard, put some pancakes and vanilla sauce and berries on it, purred coffee in a mug and sat myself to the kitchen table. I was leaving some space between Jason and me because I haven't seen him for a long time, he secretly followed me around on my travels while trying to find me and he apparently was friends with Ric from what I got. I was skeptical, I didn't trust him. I looked at him with an asking face expression while I started to eat my pancakes.

"You probably wonder why I'm here, right?“ I just nodded and waited for him to continue while I still ate.
"Well, I sent you ten messages and you didn't reply."
I nearly choked on my pancakes.
