First ray of sunlight creeps through the curtains, which is slightly open. The room fills up with a beautiful contrast of blue and red thanks to the unique color of the curtains.

Next to the window, there is a small bed and next to the bed there's a small table, which holds an alarm clock, a few books, and a small modern table lamp. The room itself isn't that big, containing only the necessary space for one person to stay in. Due to the hectic life, there's only a small bookshelf filled with various books which seems to contain information about Business and Management topics. On the other side of the room, there is a small table and a wardrobe.

It's 5:30 in the morning and suddenly the alarm clock starts beeping. The person sleeping on the bed groans, turning over and sloppily hitting every corner of the table next to him trying to turn off the alarm. After a few tries, he manages to press the button and loudly sighs sitting on the bed and rubbing the swollen face. Why is it so hard to wake up in the morning even though I do this every single day?

Xiao Zhan loves mornings, but he dislikes waking up early which surprises him even more.

"Seems like today is going to be a completely different day than I am used to"

He lazily gets out of bed and heads straight to the bathroom to take a shower. When he's done with his morning routine, he walks down the stairs to the kitchen where his sister, Jiang Yanli is making breakfast for her two brothers. The three of them are living together and usually, their older sister makes food for the other two. Even though she's the oldest of them all, she's still a student of a Designer major.

Seeing his sister working in a kitchen makes him unconsciously smile and the aroma that is leaving the kitchen right now makes the little beast inside of him growl. He sits in one of the chairs next to the dining table.

"Good morning, Yanli" he faintly says, still feeling sleepy.

"Good morning, Zhan Zhan. Are you excited to start working in your new workplace?" She asks while placing down a cup of milky coffee next to her brother and giving him her wide smile.

"I can't really say that I am not, but I have a weird feeling that it's going to be a new experience for me and I don't like that feeling at all. I've never thought I was good enough to educate kids who're from prestigious families. Am I even good enough to be a professor when it comes to the best university in our country?" The questions weren't really directed straight to his sister, however, it was more like a rhetorical question he asked himself.

"Why would you say that Zhan Zhan? You're one of the best professor in Dampfiel university and I am pretty sure they picked you out for a good reason. Not only you're kind to your students, but you're always willing to help others in need. I haven't seen anyone so dedicated to his job like you are. Please, be kinder to yourself and believe in the knowledge you're caring with you." Yanli smiled while placing the breakfast she made and sitting on the other side of the table enjoying her morning coffee.

Xiao Zhan knew that his sister was right, however, the nervousness he felt at the moment made him shiver. Just a few weeks ago he was still a professor in his university where he graduated as well, so the atmosphere wasn't all that new to him and helped him adjust to his lifestyle pretty easily. He's been a professor there for a year now and he was really happy with his position. Unexpectedly, he got an invitation from the Xuilin university asking him if he's interested to switch his position. It didn't take long for Xiao Zhan to answer them back and accept the proposition since the pay he's going to get for his work is going to be double of what he used to get. They badly needed money to be able to pay for the house rent, food, Yanli's education, and other expenses. Even though Jiang Cheng was also working, but the pay he was getting was minimal.
