Lighting yet another firework, Grian and his trusty elytra flew though the sky, him swiftly landing on the ground, only to slap down a few shulkers. With a bit more time, the chests of his shop were filled with quartz, and an updated price.

Grian turned to the left, and then turned to the right, just to make sure nobody was around, before checking inside the furnace. Inside, was a book signed Mole Report.

The north of Star's base seems to resemble a turtle. I feel this as a tactical maneuver as turtles have very hard shells, although I don't know if this hardness has translated to their build. More testing is required. The main tower is large, and mainly made of stone. It appears to have holes in it that could be used for arrow shooting. It is also very skinny, a strong breeze from the east could cause the tower to topple. It is also empty on the inside. To the south of their base, there appears to be a weapon. Highly complex, with redstone wiring far beyond my expertise. It occasionally makes a 'moo' sound.. you may want to submit this to the G Team tech department for further analysis.

The leader of G Team rolled his eyes, 'He told me everything I already know..' he muttered under his breath, 'there's nothing in here that's new information..'

 ***

As for Mumbo, that's what they intended on doing. He understood that this is what the G Team already knew.

'Alright.' Doc cleared his throat, Mumbo going back to reality from his memory of lurking behind an angry Grian. 'The flag's going down in a few hours, what's the plan?'

Ren, who was leaning on his hands, spoke up. 'I can get to the top and open up the ghasts, along with.. False. Their firecharges would be able to stall G Team from advancing across the field.' Doc smiled at Ren, 'Thank you, I suppose that leaves everyone else. Most of us will be on field after ceasefire has ended.' The team nodded, few humming in agreement.

Mumbo quietly huffed, remembering that Grian was trying to get him to trap a machine for his team, rig it after ceasefire has ended he wrote.

Xisuma looked over at Mumbo, raising an eyebrow, 'you alright?' he simply asked. 'I'm just kinda jealous that Ren and False get to use the ghasts, I was excited for that,' he was able to laugh, 'it's fine, though. I can be on field.' It was only half true, he was okay to not use the ghasts, he just didn't want to confront Grian.

'We finish up the final preparations, make sure the guardians are secure, and then we get into our suits.' He reached his hand into the center of the meeting table, everyone placing their hand on top. 'On three. One, two, three-'

'Team Star!'

'I guess we should take first shot.' Doc spoke into the group call, later. Mumbo gripped his phone, looking outside of the gate. 'You two ready up there?' 'Yep!' replied an excited Rendog.

'Alright, ready.. aim.. Fire!'

The ghasts began to blow out their blasts of fire, blazing the field. It wasn't far enough to hit the G Team's base, and turn it to ashes, but this granted them less hearts due to the flame. It was troubling for Mumbo, and maybe the other Team Star members, to spot the fireballs until the grass turned bright and orange.

Mumbo stepped outside of the wall, running out to gain a bit of speed, hearing his teammates mumble on though the phone. 'I'm getting a closer look.' He told Team Star. 'I'm going halfway though the battlefield.' Holding his pickaxe out, he continued to run.

He wanted to stay out of Grian's way, but push came to shove. The two hiding in a dug out hill.

'You got anything?' The chipper man asked, a big excited smile plastered on his face yet the letdown of the first report. Mumbo narrowed his eyes. 'The TNT launcher's down.' he stated. Grian had to hold back facepalming,  it's obvious it doesn't work, 'molebo.' If the launcher worked, we would have explosives blasting across the field!

'Doc is the obvious leader, though it seems Ren is the second in command.' The mustached fellow nodded. 'That's all I have.'

The message was stern, and it startled Grian. 'A-Are you alright buddy?'

Mumbo blinked. 'I'm fine. Let's get back to our teams before Star wonders what the hell I'm doing.'

'..Okay. I'll send you the path to find your next task. Good luck, Mumbo.'

766 words. Wow, I don't think I wrote a chapter that long before (The demise's prologue was meant to be 2 chapters, I just shoved them together. As well as some Way of The Wolf chapters being mashed together.) so yeah. I hope you enjoy the chapter and your day.))
