I got out of the taxi, took my luggage, and looked around. There was a tall building in front of me. It was made of red brick, and was several stories high. So this is what the new dorms look like.

Last year the old dorms were full of dust, and cobwebs. Plus the floorboards were chipped, and everything seemed to be falling apart.

But this year the school finally decided to get new dorms. I admired the new building, it looked nice in the sunny weather. Let's just hope that the inside is in good shape too.

I looked around the dorm, things were looking okay. The furniture was in good condition, there was air conditioning, more space, plus this place is clean. After exploring the area I found that there is a kitchen, small living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms.

I then yawned, and realized that it was getting late. Luckily I had already put my things away. Well, there wasn't really much anyways. All I have is my clothes along with some books, and a few personal belongings. I then grimaced, most of those belongings were my parents things, before they died when I turned twelve.

Ever since then I started living with my aunt. After my parents death I began closing myself off from people. I didn't like standing out, and always tried to keep a low profile. My main goal was no longer making new friends or meeting new people, all I cared about became studying. Yes, I do have friends, but that's because I met them before my parents death.

I lost interest in activities that I used to love doing, I felt so alone, so helpless. I no longer felt pleasure or joy in most things. I lost a lot of self esteem, and couldn't cope with things. It felt like I was drowning, except everyone else was breathing. Everything seemed so dull.

I then sighed, and changed into my nightwear. Tomorrow is the first day of school, I should get some rest

I woke up early in the morning to get ready. Afterwards I grabbed my backpack, and left the building. I didn't bother to have breakfast. My aunt would have killed me, but luckily my aunt isn't here.

The school was only a five minute walk from here, so I was pretty early. I entered the building with a sigh. Now I need to go through another year trying to avoid bullies, popular kids, talkative kids, humorous kids, and just about everyone in general. All I really care for is my studies. If I get good grades, then I can enter a good university. Afterwards I can get a good job to provide for myself. That's all I really care about.

"Hey, Minhee!" Shouted a loud voice from behind. I froze, then slowly turned around to see an excited Wonjin dragging a pouting Seongmin.

"Wonjin, why are you so loud? You're gonna cause a scene." I said while folding my arms.

Wonjin simply rolled his eyes then answered. "You realize that we are the only ones here right? No one else would come to school this early, especially on the first day of school when the teachers cut us some slack."

Seongmin then joined the conversation. "Wonjin hyung, how could you wake me up like that? I could have slept for another hour!" He whined.

I then realized that they probably got one of the shared dorm rooms.

"Seongmin child, you need to train yourself to start waking up early!" Replied Wonjin.

Seongmin only started to pout, and whine even more, and we had to deal with his complaints until the bell finally rang. We had already found lockers by then, and went our separate ways to our designated classrooms.

I've known those idiots since we were kids, they're the only people I can fully trust. Wonjin always liked to act like the mother figure for Seongmin and Taeyoung. To be honest I have no idea where Taeyoung is, but I'm guessing that he's still sleeping.

After searching for my class I finally ended up in the right place. I then entered and looked around. Where to sit? I thought to myself. Then I spotted a corner seat in the back near the door. I grinned, it would be easy to slip right out of class right after it finished, without having to come into contact with anyone. I liked that idea.

I slowly made my way to the back, without making eye contact with anyone. Then I took my seat.

Sooner or later the teacher Mr. Park came in. We all stood up to bow, afterwards he started writing some words on the whiteboard. After about three minutes or so a student came rushing into the classroom. I then became annoyed. This guy stopped the lesson, right when I was busy writing down what the teacher was saying.

"You're late Koo Jungmo." Said Mr. Park with an annoyed tone.

The student seemed to be panting. " S-sorry Mr. Park I o-overslept. " He said in between breaths.

Mr. Park then sighed. "I'll cut you some slack because it's the first day, but next time get here on time. You rascals are gonna give me a fever."

Jungmo just nodded, then rushed to the seat in front of the one next to mine. I then took a good look at him. He seemed pretty okay looking, but what really caught me off guard was his eyes. They shined with determination, and life.

I then stopped, and went back to focus on the lesson. Picking up from where I was last.

After much discussion, and notetaking class then came to an end. I sighed, there is still much that I want to know, but that has to wait until the next lesson.

I quickly gathered up my things, and headed towards my locker to get my lunch. After a few turns I reached my destination. I then felt a light tap on my shoulder, and turned around to see the familiar faces of Wonjin, and Seongmin. Altogether we then entered the cafeteria, where we sat at our usual table.

"Hyung did you bring those gummy bears I like?" Asked Seongmin in his rather high pitched voice.

I sighed, then took out a baggie full of Haribo gummy bears. He then excitedly snatched the bag from my hands, and started devouring them.

"Seongmin give me some too!" Said a voice from behind.

We then all turned around to see an inpatient Taeyoung standing there.

"No way, these are mine!" Said Seongmin.

"Sharing is caring." Replied Taeyoung.

Seongmin then rolled his eyes, and gave Taeyoung a decent amount.

"Taeyoung what did I say about waking up early?" Said Wonjin with a frown. "I'm disappointed."

"Wonjin, of all people you should know that waking up early really messes up my sleep schedule." Replied Taeyoung.

Seongmin then scoffed. "That's because you play video games all night."

"Seongminnie my brother, you promised not to tell anyone! " Said Taeyoung, looking betrayed.

"Do you know someone named Anyone? I don't, and so I certainly haven't told them." Replied Seongmin while looking through the baggie for any more red bears.
