"Alright students, let's get started. Today we will be talking ab-"
That was when the door flew open, and we all turned our heads to see a panting student looking down with his hands on his knees.
The teacher then turned, and examined the tired out boy. "Oh, you must be our new student. Junhui was it?"
He then repositioned himself, gaining a breath and nodded.
"Everybody welcome Junhui, he's from China. Please help him in class, and show him where things are." Said Mr. Park, while tapping his fingers on his desk.
People stared at the boy in awe. I could hear soft chatter, and giggles coming from all directions.
Junhui then stopped paying attention to the teacher, and looked around the classroom. Sunlight spread out across his brown hair, and his pupils were full of curiosity, his uniform was obviously rushed, but he could pull it off, only luring people in on him even more.
As I followed his eyes, I then realized that they had met mine. The new student then examined me. I didn't know what to look at. I felt the urge to look away, but I couldn't. That was when his eyes widened, as if he had realized something.
I just brushed it off, wondering what he was thinking about.
Class soon ended, and the teacher called me, Minhee, and the new student up to his desk.
"Meet Junhui." He then said while motioning towards the golden haired boy.
"I met him earlier this morning." Said Minhee with an annoyed expression.
"Ah, that's good then! Anyways Jungmo, because your grades have increased I've decided that you no longer need tutoring from Minhee." Said Mr. Park with a smile.
I then looked over at Minhee to see his blank expression. Not like I was expecting anything other than that.
Mr. Park then looked back at me. "I'm sorry for needing to ask you this, now that you've just gotten the hang of it. But would you be willing to teach Junhui all the things he's missed?" He then asked.
I just nodded with a smile, eager to help any student's needs. Junhui then looked at me with a frown. I then frowned in return. Did I do something wrong? Does he not like me?
"Please decide where to meet, and try doing it everyday after school. Anyways, you're all dismissed."
"Does Junhui not like me?" I asked Minhee with worry, as we exited the classroom.
Minhee then scoffed. "Who would like you? You're so annoying."
I frowned, then glanced over towards Junhui who was putting things in his locker. That was when I realized that he was walking straight towards me.
My eyes then widened. "Minhee help!" I silently shrieked.
Minhee just brushed me off, and walked over towards lunch.
Junhui looked intimidating, as he dodged careless students with ease. Sooner or later he was right in front of me, and I could only hope that I didn't look as panicked as I was.
But, right when the boy laid eyes on me, his expression softened. I stared in awe, as his glowing orbs looked down at me. I then snapped out of my trance, when he handed me a notebook along with a pen.
This time I wasn't stupid, like I was with Minhee and wrote down my number.
Junhui then took back the notebook, and stared at it with a questioning look.
"I was going to ask for your address." He then said.
My face turned red as I mentally cursed myself. I quickly snatched the book from his slender hands, and scribbled my address. Afterwards I then shoved it in his arms, and looked away with embarrassment.
Junhui just smiled, and placed his hand under my chin to turn my head towards his direction. "But, I was going to ask for that too."
He then walked off, as I turned into a mess.
I silently scoffed as I watched Junhui walk away from Jungmo with his stupid smile.
"Who's that?" Asked a voice from behind.
I then jumped, as I turned to see Wonjin, along with Seongmin with curious expressions.
"Oh, it's the new kid. Junhui I believe is his name." Said Seongmin with a nod.
"He seems to know Jungmo, let's invite him over to our table." Said Wonjin while watching Junhui look at his notebook with a smile.
Seongmin then started to shout. "Hey-"
"Absolutely not." I then said cutting him off. "Let Wonjin do it, he's less loud."
Seongmin then rolled his eyes. "But he's ten times more awkward."
I then shrugged. "That's true."
Wonjin then pouted and turned towards Seongmin. "Am I really that awkward?"
Seongmin just looked away, looking very red.
"You guys are helpless. Are you going to ask or not?" I then said while folding my arms.
"Right, I'll do it." Said Seongmin, while recollecting himself.
He then walked over towards Junhui. Seongmin looked like a child when standing behind him. We watched as he then silently tapped on Junhui's shoulder, causing him to turn around. Seongmin then gave him a bright smile.
Junhui then smiled back with a wave. "Aw, you're cute." He said while patting Seongmin's head.
I then felt shuffling by me, and turned to see Wonjin walking towards them. I silently facepalmed, as he put his hands on Seongmin's shoulders pulling him closer to himself. "Hi, we wanted to ask if you would like to sit with us." He asked with a forced smile.
I mentally died of embarrassment. As I watched Junhui accept. The awkwardness was intense.
"So, you like Monsta X too?" Asked Taeyoung with stars coming out of his eyes.
"Of course, who doesn't?" Said Junhui while setting his soda down on the table.
I quietly watched as everyone chatted over random subjects. Wonjin even seemed to have gotten over his jealousy, and was carefreely talking about watermelon.
Junhui then turned to me with a smile. "Do you know Jungmo?" He asked.
I then raised my eyebrow with curiosity. "Yes, why?"
He then thought for a moment. "No reason."
