Jungmo

Ever since that day when we met Seongmin and Minhee's friends we've all grown pretty close to each other. Well, except for Minhee. He didn't take part in most of our conversations, and never seems to have any interest in anything we do.

I sighed while walking through the school's hallways. I had detention, and I needed to stay after school for an hour. I then entered the small classroom to see one other person sitting there alone. I then realized that is was none other than Minhee.

I smiled. "Hey Minhee, how did you get in here?"It didn't really make sense, since he's a model student.

He then looked up with a face of boredom. "I volunteered to replace the sick supervisor." He answered.

I just nodded and took the seat next to him. I then rested my chin on my palm and looked up to see the dark haired boy reading a book.

"Why don't you like me?" I blurted out.

He then looked at me with a face of confusion. "What are you talking about?" He asked.

"You never want to talk to me, and always ignore my presence." I then answered with a pout.

He didn't answer, and just went back to reading his book. I then snatched it from him, and placed it under my elbow. He then looked at me with annoyance.

"We need friendly bonding time." I said with a nod.

Minhee sighed then began to speak. "What if I don't want friendly bonding time?"

I then narrowed my eyes with his and began to speak. "Then your going to face the wrath of Jungmo."

He just rolled his eyes then answered. "What do you have in mind?"

I grinned.

Minhee

I got home with a sigh. What in the world is friendly bonding time? I'm a little concerned for Jungmo's well being.

I sat down on the couch feeling exhausted. I did not like tutoring Jungmo one bit. But I had to for the sake of his grades. He's always late for our sessions, and talks about things that are totally off topic.

Once he started rambling about BTS, and another time he could not shut up about badminton. There was also this one moment when he fell asleep right in the middle of my lesson. The librarian had to help me wake him up, since he would not budge.

That's when I snapped out of my thoughts, and realized something. I was smiling.

And the biggest thing is that this isn't a fake smile. How in the world did thinking about the stupid things that Jungmo has done trigger a smile?

That's when I heard it, the sound of my doorbell being punched to death.

I then got up, and walked over to see whoever was killing my ears. I slowly opened the door to reveal a purple haired Jungmo.

"Ugh, what do you want?" I asked with an annoyed tone. How did he find out which dorm I live in?

Jungmo then frowned. "What happened to friendly bonding time?"

Oh yeah, about that I actually don't really want to, so like can you leave?

"Fine, let's do whatever you want to do." I answered.

I looked around with a sigh, did he seriously want to come to an amusement park? I then looked over at Jungmo to see him jumping with excitement.

"Let's go on that rollercoaster!" He said with a joyous expression.

I then looked up to see a tall wooden roller coaster called the T-Express. Great, now I really wished that I hadn't eaten that churro.

We quickly got on the ride, and I looked around in panic. Is it too late to back out? Right when I was about to ask, the ride started to move, and I knew that I was doomed.

Almost half the time I was either screaming, or clutching on to Jungmo's arm. Jungmo on the other hand was either enjoying the ride, or laughing at me.

"H-hyung how did you get through that?" I asked, still shaking from the ride.

Jungmo just shrugged then answered. "I'm good with thrill rides."

We had already been on dozens of rides, and it was getting late. We were just walking through the park filled with pretty lights, and colors, until Jungmo suddenly stopped. I then looked up at him with confusion.

"Can we go on that next?" He asked with excitement.

I then looked up to see a large ferris wheel. "Sure why not?" I answered.

We then rushed in line, and boarded the two person compartment. We sat across from each other, and waited in silence as we continued going up. That all ended once Jungmo let it all out.

"Woah, the scenery is so pretty! Have you ever seen a view like this before? I love Everland! Isn't this awesome?" He squealed.

Jungmo may be older than me, but he still has a child's heart.

He then turned away from the window, and looked at me in the eye. He then gave me a smile full of warmth. All of the sudden, without even thinking I returned a soft smile.

Alright I'll admit it, we really could become friends.

The Next Day

I headed towards the cafeteria with my lunch in hand. Afterwards I then looked around, and spotted everyone chatting at a nearby table. I then quickly made my way over, and sat down by Allen.

"What were you doing yesterday? I tried calling you, but you didn't pick up." Said Wonjin with a frown.

"I was with Jungmo." I answered.

That's when Taeyoung cut in. "What were you guys doing?" He asked.

"We were at Everland." I replied. That's when I realized my mistake.

"Like a date?" Asked Allen.

Jungmo's eyes then widened, and he quickly looked up at Allen. "What? No, it was just friendly bonding time!"

"You weirdos should stop it." Said Seongmin with a frown. "It's tainting my pure innocent soul."

Wonjin then rolled his eyes, Woobin and Taeyoung both scoffed, Hyeongjun and Jungmo began looking away, I sat there in silence, while Serim and Allen tried to stop each other from laughing.

Seongmin then pouted. "You guys all suck."
