Chapter : 11

Eric walked towards her while still being on stage, sat down right in front of her and said: "Thank you"*while smiling*

The audience started screaming..!!

Eric started singing songs one after another.
He was now literally jumping on stage and constantly going to the side where Autumn was standing.
He held hands with Grace as well so that nobody could catch him showing more affection to Autumn.

But there was one person from whom he couldn't hide anything.
It was Susan. She could tell how much happy and excited he was from the moment he saw Autumn.

After a few hours, his concert was about to end. He took a selfie with his fans, obviously including all the contest winners.

Thank you so much for being with me tonight.
I hope you enjoyed the show.
You guys mean a lot to me. I wouldn't be here living my dreams without you all.

*He screamed at the end*

He gave a flying kiss to his fans and went backstage.

Everyone started leaving the stadium gradually.
A volunteer came towards the "Contest winners area" to take them all backstage for a quick meet and greet with Eric.

On the other hand..

Susan was doing another quick touch up while being totally annoyed.

What's wrong?*Eric asked her*

Nothing, finish this meet and greet and we will talk afterwards *She said*

Tell me, Susan *He said*

From when did you start hiding things from me?*She asked him*

What? What are you talking about?*He asked*

Autumn, I'm talking about Autumn, why didn't you tell me that you love her? *She said while being calm this time *

Love?... Love her? Are you crazy? *Eric said while standing up*

Come on Eric, you were only looking for her in the crowd, however, she lost her ticket and was sitting outside, I went there and took her inside because YOU mentioned that one of your friends is a contest winner*Susan said*

Eric turned away from her.

I know you for ten years now Eric, Obviously, I knew it was a lie.
And there, I saw a totally different Eric from the moment you saw her.
You were annoyed and depressed when she wasn't there*Susan said*

You're making it up, I just saw her a few days ago, we had a really funny moment and that's why I was happy, that's it.

I am always happy and energetic when I'm on stage *He said*

Oh really, look at me and say that again... that it wasn't because of her? *Susan said while turning Eric towards her*

Eric looked down.
We're getting late for the meet and greet *He said in a low voice*

Why don't you just accept it?*Susan said politely*

Accept what Susan? That I love her? Then no, it's not love,  it is not love at all.
I met her a few times...
Twice as Eric... and then again one evening but as Edward.
I lied to her, to see her being natural, to see the real her.

I feel happy when she's around me for no apparent reason. How can I call this love when even I don't know what is it?
*Eric said*

She might be having a boyfriend already? What are the odds that we'll meet ever again?
Tomorrow, we are going to Spain then another country and then another.
How am supposed to explain all this to her and expect her to love me?

We don't even know each other. I don't wanna date her as Eric.
It will ruin the natural feelings and Susan I'm tired of all this..
This...this love... date... All of this.

I don't think it's love, it's a vibe you sometimes get from some people because they are good people.*Eric said a bit angrily*

Calm down Eric, relax your mind.
I said what I felt. I won't force anything but positive vibes is something you need for sure.*Susan said*

I don't need anything Susan. I just wanna go home sometimes *He said as his eyes started tearing up*

Eric, you are champ okay? Just a few months more and you'll get the vacation you deserve okay?*Susan said as she gave him a bottle of water*

Eric calmed himself down and smiled at Susan
Thank you*he said and sighed*

Now go your fans are waiting *Susan said*

Autumn as well*She said and giggled*

Eric giggled shyly and said "stop it now"

He went to the meet and greet area.
