"You're that girl who sells for BTS." she smiled, "You're thinking of someone else." I'm a nurse from Busan." KH lied, "You look so familiar though, have you gotten any surgery done?" she gasped whilst studying KH's face for any scars. Leeteuk coughed. She reached over to touch KH but Leeteuk grabbed her hand, revealing dark bruises faded on her arms, the women scowled in pain. He gave the two a fake smile and then left. Donghae and KH both gave eachother a look until Leeteuk room his leave, pulling the girl with him. "Well did you get anything done?" Donghae asked as their conversation continued. 

After sitting on his bed with his laptop open, Jongin had failed to find anything on the unknown. "Screw this, I need a break." He groaned out of frustration, he needed a distraction so he entered the closest bar; just so happens it was the same bar. He was oblivious to his partner sitting close by, until he heard his favorite sound, her laugh. Thinking he's going crazy His head perked up and he spotted her a few seats down, "what is she doing here??" He quietly thought out loud. "Hey kai." A young bartender called out, she had a pretty face and a small body, revealing her chest to seduce many males. Though he was too distracted by his interest sitting not so far away.

"You here to see your brother or to see me?" She smirked ,leaning closer to seduce him. "I was here for a late night drink but I'm here for someone now" he mysteriously added, making the girl blush. "Should we go into the back? Nobody's there." She offered, taking her apron off. "No, that's not necessary." He shook his head as his eyes landed on KH.

"Can you give a drink to the girl wearing the leather jacket a few seats down, add it to my tab" Jongin asked as he wrote a note smiling. The girl smiled, obviously jealous that his attention was somewhere else, so whilst he wasn't looking, she slipped a sedative into the drink and shook it well so it would dissolve. She took it to KH and she was confused at first until she read the note he had wrote for her, she immediately looked around and met his eyes from a distance. She excused herself from Donghae and gestured for Jongin to follow her, dragging him into the back.

"The fuck are you doing here?" She whispered, "Shouldn't I ask you that?" He asked as he took a step closer to her. "I'm working a case that involves the infamous mafia group, Super junior. Chief wanted me to get Intel on them." KH came up with an entire case within a multi second that seemed realistic enough for Jongin to believe her. "Your turn. Why is your ass here?" She asked after checking the surrounding areas for any eavesdroppers passing by. "I wanted to drink and didn't have a drinking buddy. But now that you're here, maybe we can drink together?" He said in a deep flirtatious voice.

"Are you crazy? I'm working Jongin. Either get out or be backup for me" she harshly said, taking a step closer to him. The two of them were now inches away from each other, looking deeply into each other's eyes. Jongin smiled, and as KH was ranting about how he wasn't supposed to be here, he leaned in and kissed her.Her response for a few seconds was delayed and she was frozen, as if she was captivated. When he pulled away and opened his eyes, he immediately regretted what he had done, seeing the confusion in her eyes. "I'll just leave. Good luck on the case Park". Jongin visited the bathrooms before leaving, when he was about to leave he heard commotion.

KH was behind Donghae who was protecting the bartender who had given her the drink, from Leeteuk of all people who was mad he found a sedative in his girlfriend's drink. Before Jongin arrived, KH had acted fast and grabbed the empty glass bottle that contained the girl's dna and dumped it into her bag for later testing. "What was your plan? To drug her? Kill her? Then to dump her body at han river?" Leeteuk yelled, his group was now backing him up. Jongin sighed as he had to get KH out of there before things went south as to his knowledge, things would have become bloody.

Caught up in the moment, KH found herself being hold hostage with a gun pointed to head. "Come any closer and I'll blow her brains out" the bartender said. "Onda don't do this." Donghae tried to talk her out of it but she was dragging KH closer to the back. "The drug was meant for her Leeteuk! Not for Nayeon, Just let me get rid of this bitch who tried to hook up with my man." Onda yelled, clearly unstable. "I'm going to get shot for having a conversation with someone." KH sarcastically joked, which made Leeteuk laugh but Onda's grip tightened

Jongin slowly walked up and started talking to onda, "Put the gun down Onda. How do you think Mia would get you out of this mess?" He explained, closing in. Leeteuk looked to his left and smirked, "So you finally return Kai". Both of them looked at each other, taking their eyes off the situation. "Not now Leeteuk, I'm trying to-" he looked back at the hostage situation but both of them were gone. Seconds later, a gun shot rang through the air followed by a scream.

Jongin immediately ran to the back hallway in front of many others who had pulled firearms out and saw Onda on the ground, with half her face bloody. On top of her was KH wiping off fresh blood and trying to help clean Onda up who was unconscious. Jongin grabbed KH and shook her, "Are you ok?" He quickly asked, checking her for wounds before leeteuk walked in. "I'm fine. Thanks for the distraction" she coldly said as leeteuk walked into the room and smiled at the sight of the barely moving body. 

"Yo, Kim did you do this?" A hint of enjoyment was heard in his tone, "Yeah. You both distracted her long enough for me surprise her." KH smiled. Jongin played along, "Your welcome." Leeteuk laughed and swung his arms over Jongin's shoulders. "That's a good one. It's us who should be thanking you. I wanted that bitch gone ever since she started hooking up with you baby bro." Jongin gave Leeteuk a death glare as he just revealed a deep secret of his. "You two are brothers?" She asked, rightfully surprised.

"We don't look alike, do we?" He played around with Jongin's face, "Thanks for taking care of her. If you ever need anything, I'm here for you" was all he said before leaving with a huge smile plastered on his face. The two detectives looked at the body, "Mia will probably kill you, you know?" Jongin tried to lighten the mood. "I'll walk you home." She stated, pulling him by the hand and exiting the bar. Leeteuk watched the couple leave the bar together, as he was thinking to himself he trailed off. "She'd be a good fit.." Jongin was walked home by KH and it was quiet all the way. "About earlier.." Jongin started speaking out of the blue, catching KH off guard. 

"Did you mean it?", she confronted him "Mean what?". A few couple hundred metres further and she spoke again, "Why did you kiss me?", stuttering the word kiss out to show she was nervous about asking. He sighed as he shrugged, taking his right hand out of his pocket and intertwining it with her left hand. "Because I like you" was all he simply said giving her a warm smile. They arrived at Jongin's flat and suddenly he leaned forward and gave her a light peck on her forehead, straight after he ran inside whilst KH started scolding him from a distance, "KIM JONGIN YOU ARE DEAD TOMORROW"

Jongin shut the door and walked into the living room, throwing his coat and bag onto the nearest surface. He sank into his armchair as he daydreams about his actions earlier. "Is Jongin okay?" Jongdae asked sehun who wasn't paying attention. "He probably got laid again by Onda down at the bar." Sehun shrugged, "No, She got beat up by park" Jongin snickered, smiling widely. "Park? As in your partner?" Jongdae asked, "Yeah. It was a fun sight", "Okay he's creeping me out" sehun finally spoke up, grabbing his McDonalds takeout and going back to his room, slamming the door shut. "Why'd she get beat up?", "Onda tried to drug park but instead drugged Leeteuk's girlfriend, Nayeon."

Jongin elaborated, failing to see Jongdae tense up at her name. His knuckles turned white as his posture changed. "Then Onda took Park hostage" Jongin finished. "I saw Park steal Nayeon's glass. I don't know why she would need that for evidence to do with her case." Jongin stated. "I'm going to go back to my place" Jongdae took his leave,instead of returning hone he instead went to visit KH at her apartment.

KH was playing around with forensic equipment that allowed her to dosed the spit left on the glass after disarming the audio devices Jongin planted around her house. "Why did Jongin appear out of nowhere?" She asked herself, pulling up her joggers as she walked into the living room. She poured some liquor into a glass and ran her fingers around the edge of the glass. 

"He could have ruined the entire operation- Aish. How could he confess also? Do i like him back? No-No, We'd both get killed." She pondered in thought debating with herself . A knock at the door overpowered the sound of heavy rain on the large glass pane windows, looking through the peep hole she saw Jongdae who was getting drenched. "Ms Park? Are you in?" He yelled over the noise of the rain.
