"You're marrying today! Isn't that the greatest news!" Lilith announces.

Lia's face went pale as she stared at her. She shook her head with quivering lips.

She didn't want this yet her grandmother only pushed it her way.

Lia hopped  that maybe Ace would be her Knight and shining armor but as hours passed Lia felt to lose hope. When her grandmother said she had to do something she had to listen or else she would make her grandmother mad.

"Please don't do this." She quivers at her grandmother, pleading as though her life depended on it.

Lilith scolds as she turns back around and continues to eat. "Dear . This is going to happen. I'm so glad this happening actually , I don't like you hanging around that boy . You do know who he is right?" She gave Lia a challenging raised brow and Lia looked at her confusingly.

"What are you t-talking about?"

"Your little boyfriend is in the mafia . He has killed families and stole money from your father. I ran a little background check on him but I guess you didn't know that now did you ?" She smirks as Lia felt her self stiffened. "That is why this marriage must happen ."

Lia felt the tears coming and she covered her mouth as thought she was about to throw up. "N... no Ace wouldn't do that .He would never d-do that." She was now sobbing and Damien looked at her as if she was child , which she was .

"Why don't you have a look for yourself darling." She gave Lia a brown folder and Lia was hesitant to look.

No way her Ace could ever do something like this. Her father was something so precious, he wouldn't hurt a fly so why would he dare to steal money for them ! She opened the folder with her wobbly hands and looked through it. She gasped. Not only were there pictures of the murders but there was even a chip . It was something she had to look at another time. She looked trough the documents and felt her heart accelerating.

ACE MARTINEZ SENTENCED FOR ONE YEAR FOR BEATING UP ELDERS AND PROFITING NON ESSENTIAL SOURCES .

This couldn't be true right? Oh boy how she was wrong. She threw the papers on the floor and ran upstairs .

This wasn't true ! She's lying ... Ace wouldn't  hit someone who was older . He's not the type of person just do that ! But was he truly the nice boy  she knew from the first day of school ? Was it all lies .She thought as she ran to her closet and sat down. She needed to get out of here. Maybe the Queen would help here ? No she made it clear that she couldn't help.

A knock on her door appeared and she flinched but she knew who it was because of the shoes below. "G-Go away." She whispers as she brings her knees to her chest.

"Look. I know we are not going to have a great bond but you need to come out so we can get this ma-

"I DONT WANT TO MARRY YOU! I HATE YOU." She says ferociously as the tears continues to stain her cheek. Damien anger grew as he yanked the door open and there she was , her head down and her back towards. Her body shaking and her eyes wielding up more.

He felt empathy for the girl but he had to marry her. "You're making this harder . Now get up or I'll force you and you won't like it." He sneered out as he sent glares to her head . She stiffened as she turned back around and she got up immediately. "Now. Be a good little girl and change into the dress on your bed." He smiles as he left the room. Lia noticed he was dressed in a suit and her world crumbled .
