"He's here no why? I-I'm not ready!" Lia blurted out as she turned back around but Damien grabbed her wrist.

"Come on , now you're acting like a brat." Damien sneered as he looked at her . She was whimpering as if she was going to cry making Damien tilt his head. "Hey you're not gonna cry right? Isn't he your boyfriend?" Damien said as if it was obvious.

"U-uh I think! But I want to stay in France. I love the snow."

"That's your reason!? Ah you marmot, talk with your boyfriend then!" [Brat] Lia gave her bottom lip a tug before leaning on the wall.

Maybe she was being childish but she was scared. Maybe for his reaction or maybe because she truly... did want to stay in the snow?

"Lia!" She heard Ace's voice making her eyes widened. "Princess I'm kinda losing my patience right now." Ace grumbled out as he turned the corner seeing Lia bundled up on the floor. His heart as always thumped and he smiled.

Lia blinked a couple of times before looking away , a blush spreading across her face. "Okay now you have your girlfriend, let's just pretend this never happened . Get this marmot out of here!" Damien snapped as he fixed his blazer and glared at Ace. "Don't forget what we discussed."

"Yeah yeah fuck off." Ace muttered as he walked to Lia and she was glaring at him. "Come on princess , let's go now?" She shook her head as she leaned her head on her knees. "Lia." He warned.

"I want to stay in France for a week." She requested knowing that he wouldn't hesitate to drag her back home.

Ace glared more as he leaned to her and touched her cheek. "Why ? Why the fuc- I mean ... why do you want to stay here? One it's cold and two you have school."

"I already asked my mom , she said I could stay for a week." She mumbled as she looked away , preventing from his touch.

"Why are you acting this way? Is it because of the past? I told you I never stole from your father , your father treated me well as I did to him. Believe me baby." He chuckled as he lifted her chin so she was facing him. He kissed her left cheek before kissing her forehead. "Okay?"

She scrunched up her noes before nodding and hesitantly wrapping her arms on his neck. He grinned as picked her up and she instantly wrapped her legs on his waist. "I'm taking you out of here. End of discussion." He whispers as he walked down the steps to his car.

"We could just stay here." She mumbled.

"Why? These people are bad!" He yelled as he watched all the maids cleaning. He gave them harsh glances and Lia just shook her head.

"No they aren't Bunny." Lia mumbled as Ace sat her down and he took his jacket off.

He shook his head once again and placed the jacket on her. He puts his scarfs on her neck and grabbed some near by converse. "Yeah... this will work. Kay , let's go." He said as he helped her put them on and she looked at him weirdly. He was different.

"Where are we gonna go?" She mumbles as she leaned on the wall.

"A hotel of course." H-Hotel??

"Why! We can just stay here!" She defended as her face became flush but obviously he wasn't going to let that happen. Especially since all he wants to do now is to be close to her.

"But I want to be in a room with you... alone." He whispers as he grabbed her hand and smiled at her. Loving that she was flushed. "Let's go." He said before walking out and to his car.

Lia frowned as she didn't get to say goodbye to the people at that house but she only shrugged and got into his car.

When they got to the hotel , Ace got her some food and they started to watch tv when Ace spoke up. "Are you still mad?" He said as he smiled at her.

"No..." Truly she wasn't mad , she was just nervous to be alone inside a room with him. "Should we sleep now?" She stammered as she got up and placed a hand on her side belly.

Ace watched her flushed expression and he nodded. "Shouldn't you... wash first?" He said as he stood up and walked over to her.

Lia titled her head as she looked to the side , unable to keep eye contact. "Y-Yes I was just about to um do that!" She mumbles as she walks past him and runs to the bathroom. When she opened it , she closed it quickly and leaned on the door. Her heart practically jumping out of her chest.

She took a couple of breaths before she took her clothing off and started her shower. After a few minutes in , she heard the door open making her freeze. "I have some clothes for you." He called out before he closed the door again.

She sinked as she became flush again. Why is he doing this!? She thought.

When she got dond she proceeded out the bathroom and into the bedroom where Ace slept peacefully with his shirt off. His abs showing and the marks on his skin showing. "Are you asleep?" She whispered as she removed the towel form her wet hair.

He turned around and shook his head. "Nope , did you dry your hair?" He said as he narrowed his eyes at her.

"Not ye-" She was cut off as he pulled her arms and she was down sitting on his lap.

"If you don't dry your hair you'll get sick. It's cold enough." He mumbled as grabbed the towel and ran it through her hair. Ace loved the way she fit perfectly between his lap. He stared at her visible neck making him want to do nothing but kiss it.

"Oh sorry." She mumbled as she intentionally leaned to his stomach as he dried her hair.

This went on for about a couple of more minutes before they decided they would get to bed. They both felt pretty nervous ; even though they've slept before in the same bed this felt different. Lia looked to the side seeing his marks on his back making her frown.

Hesitantly she lifted her hand and reached out to his back. "How did you get these?"

"A fire." He mumbles as shivered from her touches. "They said I started the fire but in reality I was trying to stop it." He mumbled as he turned around and looked at her face. "Do I scare you?"

Lia blinked a couple of times before shaking her head. "No you don't scare me. Though I wish you would stop saying bad words!" She pouted making Ace chuckle and touch her cheek.

"Lia , I love you." He whispered as he kissed the top of her head. "Do you love me?"

Lia blushed as she looked up and smiled. "Yes , I love you." His heart thumped as he wrapped his arms around her , their foreheads placed together.

"Goodnight baby." He whispers as he cradled her small frame.

"Night Bunny."
