There's A First Time For Everything - Kiribaku

The First Realisations.

[Bakugou's POV -Time skip to like...a couple months later]

It's been great with Eijiro. Nothing can take me down from the high I'm on. We go on dates every other weekend and hang out everyday. We grow together and learn from our mistakes. We've been helping each other since our fight a while ago. I've opened up more and we talk a lot. I help him with his insecurities and his homework. It's great, we've barely fought since. I think we've fought twice since. The first time it was when I snuck out and he got mad but he let me explain and I told him about walks I went on when I had bad dreams or couldn't sleep. He decided that from then on, I had to wake him up and we would go on walks together. The second one was even smaller and it was when he thought I stole his protein bar -which I did- so he bought twice as many and slipped on in my pocket everyday.

To repay him I made cookies and put one in his bag for his 'fitness lunches'. He, Tetsutetsu and Uraraka all do this training club thing at lunch together on specific days and that's what he calls those lunchtimes we can't spend together. Sometimes Tamaki Amajiki and Nejire Hado from The Big Three join and help train them.

I use those days to catch the Bakusquad up with my newest date plan and get their input. I got used to the teasing by using threats. We spar together during hero class and try speaking English to each other during Mic's classes.

'Hey Bakubabe!' Kiri said, jumping up as the bell rang.

'Hey Ei.' I said, smiling lightly at him. He came up behind me and wrapped an arm around my waist.

'It's a-'

'Training lunch' I finished his sentence for him as I placed books in my bag.

'Yeah! So I'll-'

'See you after lunch and walk up to the dorms together after school for tutoring, even though you're smart enough now and it's an excuse to hang out alone with me.' I finished, zipping up my bag and turning around to face him.

'You know me so well.' He said, smiling bright enough to challenge the sun itself.

'Cookie in your bag.' I smiled back, kissing him on the cheek. 'Now go! Don't be late!'

'Aww, thanks Katsu. I'll see ya later.' He kissed me properly and ran off to catch up with his quirk twin and pink cheeks. I sighed, and sat on my desk, staring off into space from where he left the room with a small grin I didn't realise I had.

'That was disgustingly domestic.' Mina said, walking up to me.

'Shut up!' I said, practically throwing my head to the side to look up at the pink girl.

'GET BACK HERE YA LIL' SHIT!' Sero screamed, chasing Kaminari who was clutching Sero's homework and running for his life.

'So let's go to the cafeteria!' Mina said, dragging me out of my thoughts of Kiri and the classroom.

~ The cafeteria~

'Hey Kacchan!' Midoriya ran up to me, away from his boyfriend and group.

'Sup Deku?' Midoriya accepted a full apology for all the awful stuff I'd done. It was obviously Kirishima's idea but I'd agreed after we sat down and went through bad shit I'd done to him listing them out one by one and getting a very long list. I was pretty surprised when he told me it was all okay. "Oh, it's all fine! Water under the bridge! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be where I am today! You were influenced by bad people, I don't blame you. Besides, I got a cool hero name out of it!" was what he said. How is he so nice to someone that bullied him for years? But, alas, as he said, we were past it and I'm glad. He isn't a bad friend.
