[Katsuki's POV]

A beach.

It wasn't special. It was quite plain in all honesty. Yet it was still gorgeous.

The sand was creamy yellow and the ocean was blue. The night sun reflected off the edges of the waves as they quietly lapped over each other. Clouds drifted in a calming breeze, the light creating a pinkish halo over them.

Waves came closer to where I stood. I wasn't hot nor cold. I wasn't tired and hungry or well-rested and full.

I wasn't happy though I wasn't sad either.

Content. Tranquilled. Satisfied. At peace.

I had no idea why I was standing on a beach. I had no idea why I began to walk away.

A wooden staircase.

It was a smooth wood, a natural brown banister and grey planks beneath my feet.

I walked up, my hands swaying gently by my side. I turned around for one last look at the scene. It really was beautiful.

I kept walking. I reached the top and began walking along the side of the cliff, not too close to the edge. The grass was an olive green, sharp-looking and short, as if it hadn't been cut too long ago and it was beginning to climb again.

I hadn't any idea how much time had passed, but nor did I care.

I was completely alone for the first time in a while. I enjoyed it but I wouldn't wish to stay like this.

I don't know when I stopped walking. I do know that the sea was dazzling. I do know that the sky was gorgeous. I do know the breeze was serene. I also do know that there was something beautiful beyond compare.

'Hello Katsuki. About time you joined me.'

A bench.

And a red-headed shark boy sat on it.

'Decided to take my time.'

'I know.' He shuffled over. I sat beside him. Our eyes danced over the slowly darkening empyrean.

'We had fun didn't we Ei.'

'We did Kat.'

'Tama's doing great. Haro too.'

'I saw.'

'I know you did.'

The silence covered us like a blanket as we intertwined our hands.

'How long are we going to sit here for?'

'As long as we want.'

'I've never seen you so calm.'

I looked over into his red eyes which met his wide grin.

'There's a first time for everything.'
