Flying101: The truth of what it takes to be a pilot & everything about aviation

Introduction

Siguro, I better start this with an introduction about why I've decided to write this, and who am I for me to have the knowledge para dito.

So, number one! Reason. Simple lang. Watching movies na involved ang pilots and reading stories that depict them (us, rather) as yung mga chickboy, the cool kids, the malandi, and rich and easy life... napagdesisyunan ko na ito yung impression na masyadong na-instill sa general public. Okay, dito pa lang, sasabihin ko na, yes, magastos mag-piloto and hindi rin totoo na the moment you earn a job as one is kickback kaagad lahat ng gastos. Kung alam niyo lang ang continuous na gastos and ang hirap makapasok sa airlines. Basically, yun nga yung reason kung bakit ko ito ginagawa. For future reference ng mga writers if ever may character sila na piloto, or if may mga nagbabalak mag-flying. I'll be answering questions mula sa DM and comments. And also, yung mga common thinkings and mistakes na pinapakita sa movie and writings. Di ko alam kung ilang chapters kalalabasan nito, pero, siguro, madami nga.

Next, sino ako and what gave me the right to do so. 'Di kami mayaman, please lang. Utang lang ang gastos sa flying ko. Currently a student pilot, pero private pilot license holder na ako (gulo, ano? explain ko soon!), building time para makapag-checkride para sa commercial pilot license (explain ko din soon). Before ECQ (March 14, 2020), may 109.9 hours of flying na ako, with 31.2 hours of PIC time (explain ko rin soon). Type-rated for Cessna 172 (explain din soon), and ELP level 5 (yes, promise, soon.)

So, for future writers of wanting to know the reality of being a pilot, well, drop your comments and suggestions. I'd love to help you, but I'd also like to break yung mentality and thinking ng public about us. And also for future aviators out there.
