"Who?" Was all I could reply with. Not one of my best answers.

"Carlene, don't play stupid now! The man you were curled up with! You MINE, you are no meant to be with other men!" The demon lord sounded so angry, and for what? I haven't done anything wrong. Kai is just my friend, I don't have to explain myself!

"Kai? He's a my friend. And he's gay!" Way to go Carlene, so great of you to stand your ground. Wait, what did he say?

"How am I 'yours'? Last I heard, I belonged to no one!" I finally could make myself reply with something halfway more like me! And he sounded almost possessive. Did that mean he's jealous? The thought brought a smile to my face. I sat up and looked at my surroundings. At first I didn't recognise but then I realised I was in my room. In bed. With a man, alone. How did I get here?

"We'll you wanted to be wife, thought you might like to know my decision" he smirked. I always hate guys who smirk, but he wears it well. I better stop these thoughts. I sound like I stupid fangirl!
