V for vampires?

I was walking to school with my best friend Min. These 12 boys walked past, who we had never seen before, they must be the new transfer students. Once they were gone I turned and looked at Min.

"I have a boyfriend" she said before I could even squeeze in a word "I know but there so cute." I laughed slightly punching her.

We arrived at school those 12 boys were in mine and Mins class, they never seemed to leave each other's side. You should've seen all the girls drooling over them, our school almost had a pool.

At break I went to the bathroom with Min "You know what?" Min said blowing her bubble "They must be vampires."

"Oh please, vampires don't exist idiot" I laughed shaking my head.

"Okay explain why their skin is crystal white and it beautifully shines when their in the sun?" she yelled chasing after me as I walked out of the bathroom.

Vampires? Please.

Min has always had a fantasy that vampires existed.

I stopped in my tracks when one of the boys came up to me.

"Hey, I'm Kris, Galaxy boy... So anyway I was wondering if you would like to come to mine and the boys house tonight?" he questioned keeping the exact same emotion. I looked over towards Mia who was leaning against the wall and mouthing 'Vampires!'

I looked around to make sure he was talking to me. "Me? Come to your house, why?" I questioned looking him up and down, I Samantha Smith approve.

"You're the only girl who hasn't drooled over us" he laughed and winked, "And you're cute"

While I was in class I looked over to all 12 of them, and one thing that got my attention was the fact that they all wore the exact same shiny ring on the exact same finger on their right hand. I laughed silently, must be bro code or something.

I started to walk to the address they gave me. When I arrived, it looked like an abandoned house that hadn't been touched in years. I stood in front of the large broken door and suddenly remembered something that Min said earlier in the day... she said she had a boyfriend? Since when did she have a boyfriend? And why didn't she tell me who it was? And why am I only just realising this?

I texted her and demanded to know who her boyfriend. A few minutes later my phone buzzed.

"Kris" was all she responded.

How..? When did they start dating? He literally just transferred to our school. And, he called me the cute one? I'm slightly feeling uneasy. I asked her if she wanted to come along with me considering I was feeling really awkward but she said she was busy, which also surprised me because Min is never busy and that's when I realised something was going on.

I was about to knock when the door opened revealing Kris, I smiled at him and was about to greet him when he just glared at me and walked away. Okay so suddenly his mood changed.

It was so dark inside I couldn't even see my own hands, I started walking around trying to find a wall to hold onto.

"Took your time getting her here" somebody whispered from behind me somewhere

"Shut up Xan"

I started to shake in fear, did they lure me here to eat me? What if they actually are vampires? Wait... What's Mia's part in all this? Why would she date someone who wants to kill me?

Suddenly the lights started quickly flickering on and off.

In a distance I saw a shadow of someone. I squinted and crept my way towards the figure. I could see a girl tied to a chair crying, she looked almost knocked out. I suddenly realised who it was, it was Min!

"Min!" I screamed I tried to run to save her but I felt someone or something pulling me back. I looked back and the lights flickered on and off and I caught a glimpse of Kris face and other figures scattered around the room, the other boys walked towards Min and Kris flashed his red eyes at me that's when I realised he was a vampire and Min knew the whole time.

"Watch" the person behind me whispered

"You're next" and that's when the lights switched back on and I saw the person behind me it was one of the guys whose name was apparently Suho.

Kris sat next to Min and bit her neck

I watched in horror, he.. he's sucking my best friend dry. I watched as her face started to turn pale. I suddenly got the strength and screamed but that's when I watched my best friend get killed in front of my own eyes. She was completely pale, there must not be a drop of blood left inside of her anymore.

That Suho guy left, this was my chance to run away and escape but I couldn't move I felt frozen I knew there was no way my best friend could come back to life.

I felt someone pull me into a corner a dark corner and I freaked out, the person put their hand over my mouth.

"Shhh" He whispered into my ear. "I'm going to help you" he said calmly.

I turned around "Sehun?" I sobbed, he gave me a faint smile. I remembered that he was a vampire, a vampire, that wanted me dead

"You're a vam-" I tried to shout

"Shut up, you'll get yourself killed! I'm not like the others I don't drink blood from innocent people."

"Why am I here? Isn't Kris dating Min? What do they want from me? Am I going to live?" I sobbed.

Min must've been here before I arrived and been hanging with Kris and that's when she was tied up and beaten. Kris was the one messaging me from her phone and pretending to be her...

"First of you ask too many questions, you're here because they wanted to drink your blood and drain you dry, like what they did to Min. Yes Kris is, was dating Min but he only dated her to get closer to you and her. You're going to live if you follow me."

I was still facing him when he randomly hugged me.

"Shhh I think someone's coming" he whispered I felt so safe in his arms. Why am I trusting him? He's a vampire!

"Sehun where are you! We can't find the bitch!" I heard someone shout.

"Coming! Hang on I'm just going to go to the toilet" Sehun shouted.

Once the boy was gone Sehun grabbed my hand and pulled me along so many hallways until we reached a window

"I'm not jumping out of a window" I raised my voice

"All the doors are blocked by the boys" I looked out the window it was a two story with a little bush outside the window

"We're going to die" I cried.

"Just trust me"

Trust...

Then suddenly Sehun got pushed out the window by someone behind us, he missed the bush...

"Sehun!" I screamed while someone was pulling me away from the window

"He's a traitor" Someone said.

"Sehun help me please" I whispered wiping my last tears before getting knocked out.
