"I still can't believe the Princesses beat us last week!" Lonnie groaned. They were sitting on Catra's bed in the dorms.
"It was their striker, the tall blonde one. We would have won if she wasn't there." complained Kyle from his spot on Rogelio's lap.
"And if Adora had been there." Lonnie collapsed onto the pillow, her dreads spreading across the white sheets.
"Catra, are you okay?" Kyle looked at her with concern. "You're being way more quiet than usual." The three of them stared at her.
"I'm fine. I just need some space." She glared at them pointedly. They took the hint and left the dorm.
Once she was alone, she got up off her own bed and made her way over to Adora's. She laid down on the bed and sobbed.
"Goooood morning!" Adora was woken up from her nest of pillows on Glimmer's floor. The three of them had stayed up until 4am talking and had become really close with each other. She got up and stretched.
"Wow, you are way easier to wake up than Glimmer is." Bow laughed.
"Shhhhhuutt up Bow." Glimmer said sleepily. "I get up when I feel like it."
"Glimmer, it's a Saturday. We're going to Entrapta's house." Glimmer sat straight up and nearly fell out of her bed.
"Hell yeah!"
"What's the big deal with Entrapta's house?" Adora asked.
"Her parents are always out of the country, and because she's 18 she can just hang out there by herself. And they're rich, so she has a lot of really cool stuff."
"Like alcohol!" Glimmer announced.
"I don't drink, but yeah, if you're into that, Adora."
"Sounds great!" In the fright zone, Adora and Catra would sometimes sneak vodka from Shadow Weaver. Contrary to what you might think of her, Adora got reeeeaaally drunk, reeeeeaaaaally fast.
"Alright! Let's go!" Glimmer jumped out of her bed and pulled on a hoodie.
"At least brush your hair!" Bow yelled, chasing after her as she ran out the door. Adora followed them, smiling. It was great to be part of the Best Friend Squad.
They arrived at Entrapta's house. Glimmer confidently pushed open the door and walked in. "Are you sure we-" Adora started to ask. The door closed behind them, leaving them in a dark hallway.
"Hmm, this is weird. She usually greets us with the security cam." Bow pondered. "She has cameras and speakers throughout the whole house." He explained to Adora. "She installed them herself. She's kind of a tech genius." Adora examined a painting of a cat on the wall.
"Ugh this house is so confusing!" Glimmer grabbed her two friends and pulled them down a hallway. They wandered around for a good 15 minutes before there was a crash behind them.
"Princesses!" Entrapta squealed, stepping out from a dark room. "Sorry about that. The security system is having some, uh, technical difficulties. Everyone else is in here." She lead them into a room with a couple of couches and a huge gaming setup. Sea Hawk was attempting to cuddle Mermista on the couch while she was engaged in an intense game of Mario Kart with Perfuma.
"Oh good, you guys are here. Glitter, can you please take him with you to get a beer or something? He's annoying me and I'm trying to kick Perfuma's ass." Mermista said, gesturing to Sea Hawk.
"My name is Glimmer-"
"To the kitchen!" He lept up from the couch and pulled her out of the room.
"Ooh, I really hope they don't get lost." Entrapta muttered.
Back in the fright zone, the team was casually kicking a ball around while they wondered what to do about Adora. "I'm not going to play striker forever." Catra complained. "We need someone else."
"What if-" Kyle was interrupted as Shadow Weaver came up behind him. Catra tensed up.
"I have a new team captain for you." She announced in her smooth voice. "I would like you to meet Force Captain Scorpia."
A tall, muscular girl with short white hair walked up to them. She looked intimidating... until she opened her mouth. "Hi guys! Oh my gosh, I'm so excited to meet you! Just so you know," She swept Catra up into her prosthetic arms, "I'm a hugger!"
Catra squirmed her way out of the taller girl's embrace. "Great." She muttered sarcastically.
Sea Hawk and Glimmer had returned from the kitchen with armfuls of cold beer. "I am NEVER doing that again." Glimmer announced.
"We got lost. Very very lost." Sea Hawk sat down next to Mermista and handed a beer to her. She opened it and took a sip.
"Sorry guys. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the system." Entrapta said, taking a can off the table.
Glimmer slid onto the couch next to Adora and offered her a beer. She accepted. "Y'all want to play truth or dare?" She asked. There was general agreement from everyone. "I'll start. Perfuma, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Who's the hottest person here?"
"Mermista." Perfuma replied instantly. Everyone stared at her. She blushed.
"It's true, she is." Sea Hawk agreed.
"Shut the fuck up." Mermista groaned and walked out of the room, dragging him with her.
"Guest room is down the hall to the left!" Entrapta yelled after them.
"Bow! Truth or Dare!" Perfuma said, flustered.
"Uh. Dare?"
"I dare you to go to prom with me? Like, as a friend."
"Um... yeah ok!" He laughed.
Adora felt Glimmer tense up next to her. "Adora I dare you to make out with me!" She yelled.
"Glimmer it's not your turn-" Bow protested. Adora had already finished one beer, so with her low tolerance for alcohol she was already pretty drunk.
"Haha yeah okay." she laughed drunkenly. Glimmer pulled herself onto Adora's lap and furiously kissed her for about 15 seconds.
"Woah." Bow said.
"Just stop it Bow!" Glimmer stomped out of the room.
"Yay theres a rainbowwww!" Adora slurred. Bow sighed and wrapped his arm around her.
"Thanks for inviting us, Entrapta. I'll go talk to Glimmer." He turned to Perfuma. "See you at prom in a few days?"
a/n: so i basically mashed 6 episodes into one chapter ahaha. next chapter will be PRINCESS PROM! I'm trying to update this daily so i can get it done before the show ends and I lose interest :P Chapter title is from the song Love Drunk by Boys like Girls!
