"She's stable, you should come to see her," Calvin expressed.
"Wait didn't she come in here four days ago, she's a fighter huh?" David questioned in concern.
"If is one thing, she's strong man," Calvin replied.
Starring at Calvin, David delayed in answering, "damn."
Come on man, soon visiting hours would begin, it's gonna get busy upstairs," Calvin explained.
"Ok, ok, I'm coming," David said, grabbing his phone.
As he walked into the room, he recognized her peaceful body, resting. Walking closer to her David couldn't help but realize how beautiful she was. Even though she wasn't in great shape, she seemed so majestic.
Her big perching lips were shut perfectly on her warm pink face.
"I'll be back," Calvin said.
"Yeah man got you," David responded, not taking his eye off her.
Moving around to the other side of the bed. He was startled at the length of her hair. His eyes explored her entire body, every bruise, and every curve. Her skin was so clean and it looked as though it was glistening in the morning sun.
It was as though David could not stop exploring her body, he couldn't resist trying to get closer to her.
As he stood there for a while, he heard a small voice, "Are you the doctor?"
Turning around, startled David responded, "Well hello there, no I'm not, but I'm one of the person's that help you feel normal again."
As he walked closer to the child to ask who he was there with, Diana burst in the door.
"Oh, you're here, great! You see what bad shape she's in?" Diana asked.
"Well she certainly doesn't look, I mean yea I do," David corrected himself.
"Wait, is this your daughter?" David asked in disbelief. "Yes that's my sweet sweet Anna, and this is my grandson Christiano," Diana explained.
Trying to put everything together, David starred at Christiano, wondering if it was Anna's son. "So, you think she might need a lot of therapy?" Diana questioned in concern.
"You can never really tell just how long someone might take to fully recover; but she doesn't look too broken up," David explained.
"Well that's great," Diana replied while passing her hands through her daughter's hair.
As more of who he assumed to be Anna's family entered the room, he said, "Nice seeing you again Nurse Perseval, I'll leave you all to spend some time with her."
"Oh just call me Diana, my nurse days are over," she said with a wide smile on her face.
"Yes mam,' David accepted. "But wait," she called out, "we should catch up sometime."
"That would be great, when?" David asked.
"How's tonight? Over dinner?" she asked.
"Sure, would be a pleasure," David replied, excited to get to know the rest of the family.
"Hey daddy," called Jasmine as David walked back to his office.
Growing annoyed of her, David pushed her against the wall in the lonely hallway, "If you keep this up, I'll fuck you up!"
Jasmine started smiling endlessly in his face, "You don't scare me David; and you know I like it rough." Slowly licking her lips and grabbing his crouch, she kissed and whispered in his ears, "I know you didn't forget I like it rough." Barely resisting her hands grabbing on him, he let go of his tight grasp on her neck.
