[ Asher you said you'll call everyday. What happened? ] I sighed when I heard my mom on the other line. I am at our room now lying on my bed when I answered her call.

"I'm sorry, mom. I was just so busy with school," I tried hard to sound sincere.

[ And I bet if I didn't called we still won't talk yet. Is there something wrong? ] she asked that I immediately answered 'none'.

[ What's your plan for the next days, sweetheart? Where will we fetch you on Sunday? ]

That made me stop for a while. Honestly, I don't have a plan. Now how can I tell her that I am not going?

[ Don't tell me you are still busy even during weekends? You don't have time? ] she sounded hurt.

"You can go without me, right? I swear I will make it up to you and Dad when I'm done with my requirements 'my," I paused a bit. "I'm going to visit her. Don't worry too much," I assured.

I heard my mom sighed when she realized I won't change my mind. She stopped pursuing me and just asked how I'm doing instead. We talked for a few minutes then she hang up.

"So you're not free tomorrow?" Alec asked when I put my phone on the table beside my bed. She's been listening since I answered the call. I can sense her curiosity but I'm glad she's not asking. She respects my privacy.

"Uhuh. Sort of," I simply answered and sat on my bed.

"I'm going to sleep now. I have morning class tomorrow," she said. I just nodded and got the book I bought last time.

I looked at the window and sighed. It's already dark outside. I opened the book and started reading but after minutes of just turning the pages, I realized I'm not in the mood to read, I closed it and looked outside instead.

I wonder how does it looks outside. How does our school looks like during night time. I just realized that I haven't go out during evenings yet.

Oh, I did! On my first night here when Alec and I went to the cafeteria for dinner.

I suddenly remember that that's where I first felt the creepiness of being watched by someone. Now I wonder if it was Illude.

And speaking of that weird creature. I didn't saw him after my class. I hurriedly went out our room a while ago to see if he's outside but he's not there. I saw Alec instead. I don't know if I should believe her when she told me she 'accidentally' went pass there. She looks defensive though.

I look at her who's now purring like a cat and decided to go out. I won't bother her, she's already asleep. I get my coat and phone on my side table and silently sneak out.

As I step my shoes on the grass in front of our dormitory, the cold breeze and peaceful surrounding welcomed me. There are still few students outside. I noticed how quiet they are. Most of them were just sitting on the benches silently gazing at the sky. Some are with their friends, just sitting, avoiding to make loud noises. I went to the tree not far from the benches and sit there. I look up to the sky and watched the moon and the stars.
