Siren head awakens

I woke to my friend Joe shaking me awake "Alex, Alex wake up!" Joe whisper yelled as I sat up to see Hannah shaking rapidly in the corner of the raspy and dirty tent. "W-why are you guys up and in my tent..." I sloppily said still half asleep, "It found us, it's real, it found us, it's real..." Hannah whispered in an almost insane way over and over again "The siren head, it found us, and......it's real" Joe said after I looked at him in concern from what Hannah said. "S-siren head...it can't be, it's a stupid urba-" Hannah tackled me and covered my mouth before I could finish talking and put her shaky finger to her lips and pointed outside the tent flap. "Shhhhh....it's out there" Joe said basically translating her for me. I nodded and Hannah slowly backed her hand away from my mouth "ok, I get it...we have to get out of these woods..." I said shakily as I looked at Joe, "Joe are you o-" His eyes widened as he let out I tiny cry of pain and fear "h-help m-m-me..." he said in the most desperate and fear filled voice "I-" before he could even finished one word he let out a horrid bloody and fear filled scream. I tried reaching for him in time but I couldn't...whatever made him screamed immediately dragged him out of the tent side faster than I could process, leaving us screaming, tear filled, and a huge hole in the side of then tent. "J-Joe!" I screamed as me and Hannah both had tears rolling down our cheeks, all that was left was a blood trail before the huge splatter of blood and flesh that ended the final screams of Joe.
