Skylar's POV

The car stopped infront of a huge mansion. "Nice place you got there," I mentioned, looking at the view. It's a cream colored mansion accesorized with green and yellow plants.

"Come on," he exit the car and opened the door for me. "Thanks," I smiled and stepped out. I trailed along to the front door as he unlocked it with his thumb.

"Chase, you home?" A voice came from one of the rooms, making me nervous.

"I'm here mom." I froze in my spot. "Come on, she won't bite," He smirked and led me to the living room.

A woman in her late 50s glanced at us. "Mom, meet Sky," he introduced me.
I took this chance to observe her, she had a pixie cut hair in dark brown just like Chase and I can tell she work out since her body is quite slim.

"Hi sweetie, nice to meet you," she greeted, smiling. "Nice to meet you too," I greeted back. "You look familiar though," she pondered.

I looked at Chase, confused. "Ignore it," he mouthed. "Sky and I will be upstairs doing our project. Bye mom," He smiled and grab my hand to the lift.

"Whatever you guys do, keep it PG," Chase's mom shouted over, making Chase blush of embarrassment. "Mom!" He shouted back.

Aww Chase blushed, where's a camera when you need one.

"CHASE, WHERE DID YOU PUT BOO?!" I shouted out of anger. It's our first day and we lost the baby already.

"I SWEAR I PLACED BOO ON THIS FLOOR!" He shouted back, pointing at a block of cement near the toilet. "Smart move, dumbass," I said as I look through the pillows, who knows it can be there.

"I need to pee at that time, blame it on my kidney!" He said while brushing his hand through his hair.

"AAAHHHHH!" A voice was heard throughout the house. I rushed along with Chase towards the voice downstairs to find his mom clutching her heart and the fake baby on the floor. The baby sure move alot.

"WHAT IS THAT?!" She shouted. "It's our project," Chase sighed and picked up the baby. "Project?!" she asked, horrified.

"Yeah, our teacher divided us into partners and he assigned us to take care of the fake baby," He explained.

"Well that baby looks like it's from devil's due," Chase's mom said, making me laugh quietly. She tidied her shirt and went to the lift, problably going to her room.

"Well that was weird," I said and grabbed the baby from Chase.

"My driver's gonna pick me up soon, remember what I told you! Incase you forgot, I wrote it in a piece of paper-," I lend him the paper, "it has my number incase anything happens." I said and grab my backpack.

"Ok then," He rolled his eyes and place the paper on his office desk. "You know I don't need another mom," he said and sit on his couch.

I ignore his comment and closed the zipper of my backpack. "Where's Boo gonna sleep?" I asked. He flicked his head to his room. "She can't sleep in your bed! Don't you have a crib or something?! You'll crush it!" I panicked.

"Woah calm down. She's not sleeping in my bed, that would creep the hell out of me. She's sleeping in my old dog's bed, it's in my room." He said, calming me down.

"You have a dog?" I gasped, I love dogs. "Well I had a dog, it lives with my aunt now," he said.

"Beep." The intercom sounded. Chase stood up and clicked the button, "Sir, Skylar's driver is here." A man said, problably it's Chase's butler. "Yeah thanks," he ended the intercom.

"Come on, I'll lead you downstairs," He said waiting for me to trail along. I followed him to the front door, which has my car parking infront of it.

"Cool ride," He said as he saw my Rolls-Royce Phantom. "Thanks," I said and stepped into my car.

Oh and by the way, I'm still on my school uniform.
