Annabelle’s POV
It was Saturday.The barbecue party at Daniel’s house might have started.It was around 11am.I was in my room deciding what to wear when someone knocked at my door.
“Come in!” I shouted out to whoever was there.I really hoped it wasnt my dad or he was gonna ask a lot of questions.
“Hey Belle, get ready in 30minutes. I already told Dad you where going out with me and Nick.”Lyssa said as she walked into my room giving me her signature smirk.Yesterday I had a little conversation about what I was gonna tell Dad if he asked where I was going.She said not to worry that she would sort it out.
I nodded quietly at her.She must have noticed my scrunched up face and worried expression because she asked “Whats wrong Belle?”
“ Lyss, I dont know what to wear or how im gonna be acting around Daniel and his family! I dont wanna get a panic attack in front of everyone that might be there!”I shrieked
"Don't worry you will be fine.The doctor said your panic attacks are gonna be gone for long"Lyss assured me."Now for the clothes.."
She basically skipped to my closet to pick what i will wear.Lyss picked a reddish pink tunic top with jeans shorts ,cream wristwatch , gold dangle earrings and gold sandals.
As she walked to the door to get ready to leave, I went to give her a hug."Thanks Lyss"I said smiling at her.
Daniel's Barbecue Party
Lyss dropped Nick and I off at Daniel's house.I walked towards the door about to knock when it opened up to reveal a little 12 year old girl in a pair of jeans and a neon tank top.
"Danny, your friend is here!"She screamed while smiling at Nick and I.
I saw Daniel walking towards us in a pair of jeans and black shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows.
"Hi Belle.Come in and by the way you look great."He said ushering us in to the garden at the back of their house.
"Belle, meet Victoria,my sister.Vicky meet Annabelle a friend from school."Daniel said introducing me to his sister.
"Hi Vicky, I'm Nick.Wanna go play some video games?" Nick had replied excitedly before i could reply.
"Sure! That will be fun. To beat a boy's ass in a video game cos Danny cheats everytime."Victoria mentioned pouting.
"Careful guys, C'mon Belle ."Daniel said grinning and shaking his head at his sister's tomboy-nes.
1 hour later
I had been introduced to basically most of Daniels family and most of them smiled and hugged me.His cousins and I were having little games like Truth or Dare and Spin The Bottle when the doorbell rang.I noticed i was losing my shield with these people bit by bit.
"That must be Xavy.He usually shows up an hour after we begin.That's more like his own tradition."Daniel said and all his cousins began to laugh.
As Daniel went to get the door,I started taking in each and everyone of his cousins.I liked one of them most,Sheila.She was tall with blondish-brown hair.
"Sup everyone?You missed me right?"A voice which i guessed must belong to Xavy as they called him.I turned my head around to wave a bit only for me to feel a tight pain in my chest and i was unable to breathe.It felt like my whole world came crashing down that minute as i managed to whisper his name,"Xav?"
The next thing i know everywhere went dark.
AN:I wont be updating till the next two weeks. sorry this chapter is a bit short.i kinda have writer's block.
